Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 128GB - Dark Gray - Locked T-Mobile

The phone is in great condition. ONE tiny nick in a discreet spot, can't even notice! No scratches on screen or back . Definitely worth the money I spent. Phone works exactly how it suppose to. Another plus was fast shipping. I couldn't be happier.

I'm really happy with the phone, but the Asurian insurance plan is terrible. The screen on my phone cracked within 10 days so I filed a claim with Asurian. I entered all of the info into their system. They acknowledged my claim and asked me to fill in a pdf with all of the same info unless I already provided it. Apparently, they wanted me to provide it again and I only learned that after spending 45 minutes on the phone. They also asked for a copy of the product receipt and insurance receipt. They should have all of this on file. The latest request is for a picture of the front and back of the phone. I wonder what the next hoop is that they want me to jump through. It feels like they are making this difficult on purpose to prevent claims. Also, Back Market is not listed as a retailer with Asurian so it's impossible to get info from them on claim status.

I purchased a phone advertised as excellent condition and it wasn't!! the top of the screen has a chip and right below it a scratch!!! The bottom of the phone buy speaker and charging port are chipped and scratched...I had no choice but to keep the phone because my previous phone was no longer working...I wasn't going to leave a review but I think you should know that it wasn't in excellent condition but phone is in good working condition everything works as it should...Thanks Nick

Phone is in terrible shape considering this is considered "good." It has several scratches on the screen. Some are so deep I can feel them with my fingernail. USB-C port looks to be in bad shape too. Didn't even try turning it on. Very disappointed.
