I am definitely old school; and would only consider buying a new phone. So, that being said, this is my very first time purchasing a refurbished (anything). While contemplating where I was going to purchase a new phone my daughter turned me onto the Back Market site. From locating the brand that I wanted, in the color I wanted (yes, that was a big deal) and so was the price. The phone looks brand new, no scratches or dents anywhere. Processing the payment, tracking the package to my front door (it arrived on time), everything has gone smoothly. All of my information was transferred from the old phone to the new phone without an hitch. While I am still learning to navigate my way around the screens (this was an upgrade); for now I sum it all up by saying that I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Back Market.....
