There are a lot of pros, and one con to this order. Pros: -order arrived before delivery date -phone was in great condition, as per description -Hasn't shown any signs of slowing down -Came with a cable and a power adapter Con: When the package arrived, the phone seemed to have a tiny chip on the corner. Perhaps since the phone is refurbished, and not new, you can't have everything. Barely noticeable, but that may bother some people.

The phone sent by Maroon Mobile was in excellent physical condition, but will not connect to a network. I tried dozens of troubleshooting methods, including sending the phone back to be repaired. Unfortunately, I don't think Maroon Mobile actually did anything to fix the issue, and when I asked for details about what they fixed, I was brushed off. Back Market has mostly been wonderful trying to deal with this issue, but given that it's been on and off for months, I've reached my warranty, and now they can't do anything, despite the seller obviously not repairing my phone. I consulted a local repair shop, and apparently the issue is the internal antenna, which is a manufacturing error. This is something that should have been caught in the supposedly rigorous refurbishing process, or at least when I sent it back with issues. Very frustrated, as now my only option is to spend $200+ to get it fixed, since I apparently bought a lemon and Maroon Mobile didn't bother to actually fix it.

This is my second refurbished phone and I've baught a couple watches from BackMarket. my only complaint is that both my phone screens cracked super easily... I'm talking like, my phone fell out of my hand probably 8 inches in the sink and the screen cracked and the other one I was sitting on a rolling chair just a little higher that a kids chair (not high at all) and it fell off my lap and the corner of the screen cracked, both phones had screen protectors and cases on. I really wish you guys used stronger glass because my new phones never cracked even ones that were waaayyyy cheaper than my S22 Ultra...

amazing item. it arrived a day early, and on top of that, it was ordered in good condition, so i expected some scratches but there are ZERO visible signs of damage on the item. will be buying from this refurbisher again. 10/10

it's as expected for a used refurbished phone, couple corners were scuffed but other then that for a good refurbished phone everything works fabulous not slowing down brand new screen RE-CELL DID a really good job, will use back market again and have told many ppl about this site

Galaxy s22 Ultra 5g 256gb is doing awesome so far and super happy with it and has a small scratch on the right corner but it's tiny other than that was a over night shipping which was worth it!!! 😀 Ordered a case also over night shipping so I'm rocking my new phone.
