Came just as described

I was really impressed by how fast the delivery was and how well described the phone was. I am well pleased with my purchase.

First time user of Back Market, I was hopeful, phone arrived SUPER fast, but despite the assurances provided by the quality control statements, my device was defective. The fingerprint sensor did not work and it actually throws an error popup during the initial setup process. It's disappointing that it was somehow missed by whoever refurbished/checked the device. After troubleshooting, updating, restarting, and even factory resetting the device again, I had to start the return process within a couple hours of receiving the device. Aside from the broken fingerprint sensor, the phone looked brand new, display looked great, no scratches or scuffs anywhere! I didn't have the device long enough to judge the camera or battery life.

I was very disappointed about my purchase, the phone was fake and was from Vietnam instead of "Samsung". I will never order from that seller or if I get anymore orders like this from Backmarket again probably never. THIS PHONE DID NOT CONNECT TO MY CARRIER AT ALL YOU GUYS. EVEN WITH A NEW SIM CARD. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NOVETTA WIRELESS INC.
