I'm satisfied with my Galaxy S23 purchased from Back Market, and would buy again. Why pay full retail when you can get refurbished for much less? Refurbished is actually BETTER because it is more thoroughly tested than new!

So far, so great! I've had my phone for a little over a month and I can't even tell it's refurbished. The packaging was amazing and left me feeling confident the phone didn't get damaged while being tossed around during shipping. The trade-in program was also seamless and easy. If this phone doesn't give out on me as soon as the warranty expires, I'll be a loyal backmarket customer for all my future tech purchases.

So far I've had this phone for about 2 weeks and it works as any phone would. I haven't tested out all the normal features for the kind of phone it is, like water resistance, but overall it's fine. My only problem is the cameras look a little too sharp and when I switch from front facing photo to front facing video it looks like a completely different camera, I'm unsure if that's just a new samsung thing or if that's how it is refurbished.

Excited to finally purchase a more recent Samsung! However I ordered in “excellent condition” and there are a few small scratches on the side that may be more qualified under “good condition.” Other than that, all is well! And I will be purchasing more refurbished tech from BackMarket in the future :)

I'm very impressed with Back Market refurbished products. For the most part, they're reasonably priced. I was able to get a Samsung galaxy s23 for half the price of a brand new one. The phone was cosmetically and functionally in very good condition. I was very surprised. What got my attention about Back Market though is that they are B Corp Certified. That was enough for me to purchase from them.

I ordered two phones, one in Good (advertised - Good Deal!) condition and one in Excellent condition. I should have trusted the Good Deal advertised phone and gotten two instead of upgrading one of them to Excellent because both phones arrived in Excellent condition. This was my first time purchasing refurbished phones. I was apprehensive, but am glad I took the plunge. I think my husband's phone (Good) holds better charge than mine, but I don't know for sure. It may be that I use mine more than he uses his. All in all, we are very happy with our purchases. We still need to visit Verizon for help with some usage issues like apps, but we are going from Samsung Galaxy S9s to Galaxy S23s, so I think it's a learning curve issue. Thanks for a great product!
