5/5This is the third item I have purchased from back market. I truly don't foresee ever buying electronics brand new again. The phone came in record time, in stellar condition. You would truly never know it was refurbished. 5/5I was hesitant to ordering such an expensive refurbished phone but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase thus far. My phone came in better than Good condition. My only "issue" was that when I started the phone it didn't go through the initial start setup. I ended up factory resetting the phone. After setup I had to go through the settings to unlock the network, which is not a big deal but it is something that not many people would know or consider. 5/5A fair deal on a S23 Ultra that looks and seem new if I didn't know better.. upgraded because I had to S20 (also a great phone) broke when I dropped it. I had never heard of this place and was a little skeptical, but I finally read enough to put me at ease. Glad I did.
