Galaxy S23 Ultra arrived in excellent condition and unlocked just as advertised. Was a bit disappointed for only receiving the charging cable and not the brick but was more than happy my new Galaxy S23 Ultra I purchased at Back Market.

I have had the phone about a week now and it has worked flawlessly. I ordered excellent condition and the phone came in brand new condition. I haven't had any issues out of the phone and would order from Back Market again with no hesitation.

The phone is terrific! The camera is superb with 100x zoom. I came back to Android from Apple and have to relearn the system. The only downsides are that the Android has too much "social media" software installed from the factory and some apps have redundant and complicated maneuvering within the app. You have to click several places just to discard an item. Some apps only allow discarding one item at a time with no "select all" feature. This is very cumbersome but overall, I am very satisfied. The phone arrived in pristine condition and was easy to set up. Thank you Back Market!

I just got it, perfect condition seems clean runs pretty good so far. I am testing everything out but so far so good. I’m very satisfied. If anything turns out wrong with it, I will update it here for everyone to see. Only thing is it came with a charger and charger box, but the box was for a fast charger. That’s just a little thing it’s a small price to pay for getting $500 off and for helping take care of the environment.

I was referred to Back Market by a friend but was still a little skeptical but after finally making my purchase, I'm extremely satisfied. Phone came in basically brand new condition with manufacturers protective tape still on it. I thought there would be a "catch" to the deal but I honestly can't pick on anything negative. Will surely be looking here first for any future phones and devices. Keep it up!

Purchased two in "Excellent Condition", unfortunately only one is. The other has marks all over top and bottom edges as well the rims around the cameras like it's been slid around on tables before. A fairly deep scratch in the center of the screen. Verified "Excellent Condition " was selected and ordered before leaving a review.
