I needed a phone immediately after my 4 year old phone stopped working. This S24+ shipped quickly within a few days after I initially contemplated on whether to get a used phone or a new one. I'm glad I decided to get a used one especially from Back Market. I'm not usually one for buying new phones to begin with, particularly when it comes to being conscientious of our environment. This will be the route I take when getting a new-to-me device in the future. The phone I received was in "good" condition, but it certainly looks and works as if new or in excellent condition. It has all the features one needs and the 512GB of storage space is a great upgrade from the 128GB from my old device. I highly recommend Back Market to anyone in need of a new-ish device.

I purchased this phone for my 16-year-old’s birthday. I know he’s going to be rough with it, so I always buy FAIR quality. As long as the screen isn’t too bad, I don’t care about the body since he’s going to put a case on it anyway. As long as everything functions correctly, we’re happy to save the money. That said, this phone was listed as FAIR. I watched the video showing what they consider FAIR, and it showed a small scratch on the screen, so I assumed at worst, maybe a couple of scratches. Nope. The screen on the unit I received was pretty scratched up, and the frame and body were too (though I don’t care much about that part). If I had to rate the condition of the phone, I’d say it was a VERY POOR condition. My instinct was to return it immediately and get my money back.. just spending a few bucks more would’ve gotten me one with a better screen. However, once my son saw it, there was no taking it away from him. So, we’re stuck with it. Had I seen the condition of the screen beforehand, I never would’ve paid what I did. I wish I could post photos. At this point, it really should have been replaced.
