I absolutely love the phone I purchased through backmarket. I purchased the premium grade phone and it is totally flawless. I thought the battery life would have been premium and that's the only negative. the phone itself works perfect and doesn't have a single flaw. I paid a great price and helped mother earth by buying refurbished. Every device I purchase in the future will be through backmarket.

It feels great buying a refurbished phone & not buying new. It's a great phone but one thing is my charging port is weird & flicks on & off charging

So far, everything is good. There is one small smudge on the front. Luckily, it is just outside of the screen display. My screen protector edge basically covers it. The battery came at the typical rating, all in all, this almost feels like a new device in my first week of use. I saw some bad comments about BackMarket but as of right now, I have nothing but good things to say.
