The product arrived in great condition. Even though the condition I chose was "Very good", it looked almost brand new. Other than a few scratch marks near the charging port, there were no imperfections. It arrived way before the estimated delivery date as well. I ordered the phone on Friday and it arrived the following Monday.

It looks and works as if it was brand new! I can't see any scratches or other signs that it's been used before and it runs smoothly, plus it's already unlocked which is a huge bonus. I will definitely be ordering products from here in the future!

I returned and no refunds yet! Can you please refunds me or return the phone so I can re-sale it. First of all I paid additional shipment cost and supposed to arrive 2-days earlier. Not 4 day's later! And the phone is burning I only Activated by Metro and had to purchase new phone I was sceptical to see Why this phone should be a new to me and burning in the screen too and backwards. I have still J7 prime Samsung and the reason I am upgrading is because of burning problems my Doctor said is Phone who effects my hands. Please understand I want my money back!

The phone looks good inside and outside. But, like it was mention on the device's review, the phone has low battery life below that of a new version of the phone.
