Galaxy S8+ 64GB - Gray - Locked T-Mobile

I was so nervous buying a phone online. You really don't know what you're going to get. I am beyond happy I chose back market. The Samsung S8+ is in perfect condition. I will recommend them to my family. It was delivered when it said it would be.

Looked and performed like a new phone out of the box! Plus a year warranty instead of the 90 days on the last refurb I bought. Faster, less battery drain and better app handling than my S7. Easy to transfer apps and data with Smart Switch (Memos did not transfer, though). BackMarket was easy to order from and stayed with me throughout to delivery and follow-up. I like their "personal" touch. BackMarket is in my Chrome Bookmarks--I will never buy a new phone again!!

Phone was in excellent condition but not the color that was advertised. The biggest complaint is that I specifically asked if a Sim card change would be necessary and was told No. So after purchasing a Sim card and spending an hour on the phone with Sprint, it finally worked. Other than those two things, we are happy overall with the phone but somewhat disappointed with the customer service.

This is my second purchase on a phone. The first phone was not a t mobile device, but this one is. And a major difference it made. I love it. Thank you.

One of the worst sellers on Back Market. Stay away from at all costs. Sends out damaged products than you can't even actiave what they send out.

Phone got there 4 days later than I was told. And it's been reported stolen so I can't even use. I'm also still waiting on the refund over a week later
