back market app is great the website has great prices and choices .a this is my second time using back market.each time my order came swift and with great tracking through fedx.the two certified refurbished I ordered frome had better then I had expected.product .even at the lowest price rate.

Ordered an Excellent condition Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from refurbisher GM Deals. The phone looks absolutely brand new and works great! (Had previously ordered the same phone supposedly new and sealed from eBay and instead got a fake one with a cheap inferior undersized display screen). Can't guarantee everyone else this same great outcome, but I am 100% satisfied with this Back Market refurbisher and am so happy with my new phone. Thank you GM Deals for being a such a solid Back Market reseller!

Absolutely love this. Ordered the phone in black with excellent condition and unlocked. Honestly can't even tell it's been refurbished. There's no marks on it anywhere. The stylus works great with no issues. Had my other phone through cricket and when I put the sim card in the new one, I was able to make calls and text like normal. Exactly as I ordered it and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely recommend getting this phone through BackMarket.

I recently purchased this refurbished Samsung S22 Ultra, and while I was initially excited, that excitement quickly turned to profound disappointment. The first mic didn't work at all. People couldn't hear me on calls, making the phone practically useless – which is, you know, the primary function of a phone! This is a major problem, especially since the description stated the phone was in good condition. To add insult to injury, I live in the Caribbean, so sending it back for repairs or replacement would cost me for shipping, I've made check to have it repaired which will cost me about $900.00 TT or $132.98 US. I feel incredibly frustrated. Not only did I receive a defective phone, but now I'm out even more money just to try and rectify the situation. I expected much better quality control from the supplier.

yall I was skeptical of getting a refurbished phone. This phone is incredible, it was graded as fair but there's not a single dent or scratch on it!!! The battery life is good not great but honestly for the price I can work with it. When this phone needs to get replaced I will definitely be coming back!!

What else could be expected? Back Market Refurbish seller hits it out of the park AGAIN. Galaxy S22 Ultra was in pristine condition. Not a scratch. And this after i tried to get faster delivery from Amazon "renewed" and struck out when they sent me an imitation gs22 phone and forced me to send it back for a refund. Folks just buy from Back Market and save yourself the possibility the headache!
