I have had these Sennheiser HDs for nearly two years. I wear these 8 to 10 hours a day listening to music (great sound), making phone calls, Zoom sessions and blocking out noise from my two ornery, loud children. They connect to my desk phone, I-phone, computer and TV. They auto mute for incoming calls and the built-in microphone is very good. The foam around the ear is unusually soft and does not cause any discomfort even after 10 or more hours. I would not recommend them for children or teens. Like most German made products, they work like magic but need to be treated with care.

Great price for Sennheisers. If I didn't know they were refurbished I would have thought they were brand new. They came from Sennheiser in a new box with everything that you would get when new. The sound is great which is why I bought Sennheiser in the first place.

Excellent quality, just like new. I couldn't tell that it wasn't brand new. Excellent sound, and a great price! The other thing I love is that, unlike many other so-called sound-canceling headsets, these actually do cancel outside noise. Very well. They are perfect. I just wish I could get the volume louder, but there's an app for that on my phone LOL Definitely cop these if you're thinking about it. You can't go wrong.

They were a little more used than I thought they would be. They sound great. I wish they came with a manual or even a link to one on line. I still don't know how to work them properly. Other than that I'm happy with them. I would recommend them. They are a good brand but I probably wouldn't buy them again.

Aesthetically the headphones are perfect. Indistinguishable from new. The sound is great for being Bluetooth; only my high end wired ones sound any better. The only problem for me is my own personal quirk. They're a little uncomfortable on my ears. But I have big ol' ears. They'll probably be fine for others. Recommended.
