I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Really couldn't be happier with the purchase and happy to have picked up what seems like the last great iPhone apple made.

Bought this refurbished MacBook Air for a low price and it feels like a steal. The MacBook looked brand new out of the box. So far it is functioning perfectly. This is better than any new computer in the same price range. This is my second purchase from backmarket. The first purchase was an iPhone 13 that is still going strong a year and a half later. I highly recommend this website for refurbished electronics especially apple products.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A05 from Back Market, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The device arrived in great condition, looking clean and well-maintained. Despite being a refurbished phone, it feels just like new no noticeable scratches or defects. I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud). The Iphone 13 came well packaged and yes, in excellent condition. Beautiful phone. I highly recommend BackMarket to anyone looking at getting a "new" phone. I love buying refurbished, and this my 3rd purchase from Back Market. (I previously purchased and Imac and an Apple Watch.). The MacBook Pro that I received was just as advertised.
