It's small and cute, appears as if brand new. Adequate for my needs, although a bit laggy at times. Be aware this laptop does not have a touch screen. The service and delivery of the product was excellent. I'm satisfied, although I'd probably buy something a bit more powerful next time.

The laptop I received looked like it was brand new. After updating a driver, everything is fully fictional. The price and delivery was exaptational. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and prices.

Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use Back Market!

Multiple orders customer: The charger 🔌 that came with my laptop 💻 is universal (no problem) but the best fitting tip is still loose fitting, but does charge. 🙂 My laptop order 💻 overall was great. The price was almost too good to be true for the specs but I had to try it out. It did take a little longer to come to me but it was worth it. If I need any tech in the future this will be my first site to check out. It is really that good.

I bought 4 of them for my children to attend home school. From now on I definitely will not buy my used electronics anywhere else. They are great! I bought them in “fair” condition, but they came in what I would judge as “great” condition. Great chargers and everything works on them. I am more than satisfied for the price. I recommend!

As advertised, my A15 arrived in very good condition, and I can't detect any hardware issues in Windows 11. Would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone looking for good, refurbished hardware. Review for the A15: 3/5. Good design, chassis is tough, price is decent for a refurbished laptop with middling components. The fact that it's (mostly) upgrade-able is the important part for me, I just needed something with a GPU. That said, I have a lot of issues with this. Firstly it's Windows 11 only, which sucks, but most people know that so I'm skipping it as a point. ASUS' approach to hardware control is truly awful. All hardware control has been relegated from the BIOS to Armoury Crate, which is the bloatware that ASUS keeps installed on the motherboard. What that means is that if you completely wiped everything from the laptop and did a fresh install of Windows, you would have no way to control the power consumption, fan speed, GPU usage, etc, without installing garbage software. And Armoury comes packaged with AURA, more ASUS crapware, which uses even more ...

It arrived on time and in good packaging but the laptop and charger were dirty. On top of that, there is a screw missing on the bottom. I'm not sure if that was there before they received the item to refurbish or if they forgot it after the fact. The price of the laptop at MSRP was definitely not over 3,000 also.

Good quality, arrived on time, only complaint is my camera lense glass is missing so it gives a poor quality while it's on and the screws keep coming loose. I have to keepscrewing them back in. Otherwise very happy with this laptop and brand!
