Very pleased with my refurbished item. The listing said that it didn't have a backlit keyboard, however it did which was a nice bonus. Also, the power supply was still wrapped in cellophane. It seemed like it was brand new. So very pleased. I look forward to buying through Back Market again.

I love my new to me Chromebook! it definitely looks great and works very well. My only issue is the backlight in the keys stopped working. other than that... I'm happy!

I wad confused whether to buy or not. The 30 day return policy made me confident to buy. Like if I didn’t like it, I could return anyway if it is faulty. But for the price and my work that I do mostly schoolwork, this is a great laptop. It came super fast. I loved it. Still the 30 day period remains same. The ROG Ally did come in great packaging and the condition is indeed excellent but the listing sadly is misleading. The refurbisher that delivered this device sent me the regular Z1 instead of the Z1 Extreme. Kinda wished the listing was more accurate to what they really sent me.

The laptop I received looked like it was brand new. After updating a driver, everything is fully fictional. The price and delivery was exaptational. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and prices.

Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use Back Market!

This chromebook arrived very clean and in excellent condition. I'm writing this review after having the Asus Chromebook Celeron for a couple of months now. It's fast very responsive and durable. It gives you excellent value. The Asus Chromebook Celeron performs like its new but is refurbished.

Overall, I am satisfied especially considering the price. My only complaint is what seems to be burn-in or ghosting that is noticeable off and not as much when on. Considering the price point, I can't give this less than 4 stars. Thanks!

I bought 4 of them for my children to attend home school. From now on I definitely will not buy my used electronics anywhere else. They are great! I bought them in “fair” condition, but they came in what I would judge as “great” condition. Great chargers and everything works on them. I am more than satisfied for the price. I recommend!
