Awaiting refund after receiving earbuds in which one did not hold charge. Website says expect refund w/in two days of return. Product was received by seller january 7, awaiting refund… no communication from seller so far. It Jan 13 today.

I bought kills and Jabra elite both sound great from my note 10 phone but my note 8 can't get much volume i got a pair of bose that work great on my note 8 do I need to another set of bose try two sets from you same result no volume i not complaining but just use note 8 at work that where I use them the most dont want to want to get another phone or paid for new bose again mind don't stay charged very long

great ordering, shipping and customer service. I didn't like the ear buds. they are very bulky and I found the sound quality to be sub standard
