I ordered the refurbished Lenovo 100E Chromebook 2nd gen Ast from Firestar. It was listed in fair condition, shipped quickly and was in better than fair condition in my opinion. Problem was, the keyboard didn't work. I called Cliff from Beta Macs - the company known on backmarket as Firestar, and he was sO cool, he refunded me in moments. And rather than send me a return label, he told me to just keep it, no questions asked. And suggested I buy an external keyboard - which I did next day @ five below. Awesome service from both backmarket with refund posted in 2 days and Beta Macs for stellar and prompt service by Cliff, a real ace and helluva nice guy.

Dell Precision 3541 15-inch (2019) - Core i7-9850H, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD Initial Review: I've recently purchased this refurbished Dell Precision 3541, and here's my honest first impression after initial testing: Pros: - Excellent performance from the Intel Core i7-9850H CPU and 32 GB RAM. - Fast boot times and smooth multitasking thanks to the 512 GB SSD. - Professional, clean build quality with minimal cosmetic wear. - No noticeable performance throttling or stability issues under normal workloads. Kind of a mixed bag. The unit arrived as-described, if sloppily re-assembled. Hinges were loose and case was not properly reassembled. Booted and everything worked well, except the bluetooth which was intermittent and the fingerprint reader which may not have been properly connected. The *very good* news is this unit still had 6 months of Lenovo premiere support. I called Lenovo, trouble-shot it over the phone, then they sent a tech to my house the next day to completely replace the mainboard. While he was at it, the tech re-seated the fingerprint reader and and tightened all the screws, which he said were mostly loose. When he was done, the hinges were no longer loose, the unit was secure and felt great and the bluetooth issue was resolved. Ultimately, extremely happy for the price. I basically got Lenovo-new hardware internals for a third the price of a new Thinkpad. I'm unclear on whether that 6 months of Lenovo premiere support is a standard Back Market thing as part of their warranty support or whether I just got lucky and this unit had that support remaining from the original purchase. The Dell Latitude laptop came delivered in a well designed protected box and the laptop looked brand new for half the cost of what would have been a new laptop if I hadn't bought from Back Market. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished laptops easily available. This saved my dad a ton of money and works just as good as a new laptop for him. The plus side it comes with a 1yr warranty so he was less concerned of it being a used laptop once he heard its covered if he has any hardware issue arise while using it.

This is the first time I ordered from Back Market and the seller IT Supply Guy. It was a very good buying experience for me. The device I ordered shipped in a very timely matter with some tracking. I was charged for what it was listed for on the site. I expected it to be just an okay physical condition device to arrive to me. Instead my expectation was replaced by what looked to be an excellent physical shape (like a brand new laptop and charger). Not even a scuff mark or any wear or tear! It arrived in a good cardboard box and had decent shipping material protecting it. A new out of the box OS was loaded on the laptop and it was ready for me to start setting it up (like you would from a store). I ran tests on the hardware using the internal diagnostic tools from Dell and a couple of 3rd party programs I installed. Everything checked out in excellent shape (including the battery). Needed a travel computer that could handle large MS Office files and apps. Not my primary computer. This low cost "refurbished" computer really fits that need. Moving a lot of things I do to Apple products so limiting Android PC investments. This purchase has been great for me so far, but I haven't really challenged it yet. So far expect it will meet my challenges.

I received the laptop quite quickly and the packaging was excellent. Once I opened the box, I noticed a well wrapped plastic cover protecting the laptop. I had to configure Windows 10 and got everything within minutes. i was worried about the battery life since this is a refurbished item, but so far all is good. i'm very please with the purchase and will recommend a future purchase from Back Market.

My refurbished Lenovo T490 is super. Very clean and very functional. I appreciate the updates on shipping, the way it was packaged, and how much lighter, and how much faster and easier it is to use. Finally, I am happy to help keep one more laptop out of a landfill. I will definitely recommend BackMarket to my acquaintances.

Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores. Thats right - forget PC Richards etc. Backmarket has replaced them all and has my endorsement !!!!!
