Apple AirPods 3rd generation was an excellent purchase! Came with AirPods, MagSafe case and charging cable. Back Market is consistently reliable for refurbished electronics. This was a purchase for my daughter, she’s used them daily since they arrived and has not had a single issue with them. The price was better than the competitors. I was leery of purchasing refurbished headphones. However, the new version of AirPods Max is the same outrageous price as the original, and has no wired option, which was a deal breaker for me. So I ended up getting a used 1st gen pair from here. It arrived in perfect cosmetic condition. Virtually no sign of prior use, and works great. Plus I saved about $150, so I'm pleased.

At first I was nervous to buy from Back market but I’m glad I did. You get good quality products that look brand new for cheaper prices. Overall, my AirPods came with no scratches and the sound quality is good.

Headphone quality is great. The outside of the case looked like it had some build up on it, but there wasn't. The last owner tried to scratch off the matte finish to reveal the glossy plastic underneath. Has no effect on how the headphones operate. well worth the pre-used discount. I'll probably buy a case cover so I can put a couple on the case.

Just received them and the shipping was super fast. Everything works perfectly and I’m so happy I bought these. The case has a couple of tiny scratches that are barely noticeable unless you have it really close to your eye. I would definitely recommend buying from them again!!

This is my second pair. First ones still work flawlessly but I sleep with them in and the rubber peeled back. I am active so I got another pair just for my active wear. Both pair were purchased on BackMarket, as well as my iPhone. I’ve honestly had less trouble with refurbished items than brand new. Edit: The shipping issue was likely an issue on the carriers side not the seller.

headphones arrived 2 days after I ordered. they are in phenomenal condition and included the original box, charging wire, and different sized ear tips. sound quality is great they are fully functional arrived with a full battery charge and synched up to my phone instantaneously. I've been using them for 10 days straight daily and have had no issues with them. Aside from adjusting to which direction the buds go into the charging case admittedly the most minor of issues and primarily on me. These are the second ever item I bought from Backmarket and on top of everything else. They were roughly $90 cheaper than brand new and included a 1 year warranty. I'll definitely be using Backmarket in the future for any tech purchases.
