This is my 2nd purchase from Backmarket and I tell everyone about it bc I adore your service and products. I can trust that if anything isn't up to my liking that Backmarket stands behind everything they do. I received my new phone so fast and that is important when u have no communication until it arrives. The phone is amazing, everything works great and I am using the visible plan they offer with a discount when you purchase a phone! I'm a fan of Backmarket all the way!

The phone was delivered slightly later than initially told, BUT the phone arrived and currently operating without any defects and doesn't seem to have any physical disfiguration. Thus far this phone had met my expectations and I intend to continue to use back market and stay a loyal customer for all my te h needs. Thanks BackMarket!

I love love love back market. I found them over 8yrs ago. I've never had an issue. phone was fair condition and only came with a few scratches along the edges of them and paint peeling. most of it is paint peeling and the scratches aren't deep. I couldn't give backmarket enough high stars! and tell everyone about it! best place to find high quality newer phones for very reasonable prices!

It's my first time buying from here so I'm surprised how great it is! The phone came sparkly brand new, with no scratches, or glue marks, even the pen's tip is in perfect shape. The sound system is good and the camera quality is great. It feels like a new phone rather than a refurbished one, which is unexpected to me because I bought from Amazon twice before and both of the phones came with scratched, dull pen's tip, and one even got Verizon locked when they claimed it would be Unlocked. I returned them both and bought this one here, so glad I did! I never had a white Samsung before and gotta admit it looks so much better than my black one, the white and silver gave it a futuristic look. Wife loves her new Note 20! Great service every time I've ordered with Back Market. Will order again and will recommend to everyone that needs a new phone for lower than new price and better than new quality in my opinion. Purchased in excellent condition and shows no visible signs of wear. Performance is exceptional and after extensive on the cameras I can say that their performance also is outstanding. White is the best choice for this phone and I have no regrets with the purchase from Back Market and the supplier.

Loving my Galaxy Note20 Ultra. Replaced my Note 9. Have had it a week and it's worked flawlessly and was in the condition requested. This is my 2nd phone through BackMarket. Customer service has been great when I needed it. Only glitch was that I upgraded for overnight shipping and didn't get it. Need to contact customer service about that.

I'm blown away at how much in great condition this is, given that I purchased it at fair condition. I am also astounded that Samsung phones after this one just don't have a microSD slot. If the phone after this one had the micro SD slot, I would have bought otherwise, but this one did and it also has a well sufficient amount of ram, which should have never decreased in phones after this, but it did. Samsung's trying to become Apple, and it's a sheeeit show.

I've always love this device. The battery is holding a strong charge too. I had 3 bad experiences with purchasing this same device through Amazon & eBay. All 3 were fraud, with software, battery and speaker problems. I'm so glad I did some research on Google search to find Back Market. I will not buy another Brand New Phone.
