the phone and service of backmarket getting my order to me safely and accurate to the description has been phenomenal!! the phone is incredible, and everything has been simply perfect, NO COMPLAINTS HERE BABY!!

Had an expert who is a friend thoroughly examine it and it is basically a new phone. All original parts with exception of the back cover to protect battery. He said it was the most gorgeous phone he has held and examined all 2024 probably. 10 gold stars out of 10.

The phone is working fine, just like new--and the Samsung S21 is a good phone. The next time, though, I think I might go with a Good-rated phone rather than Fair-rated, as in this case. The phone has some markings around the edges, but that is a cosmetic issue, and has not affected the phone's performance. I continue to believe that BackMarket is an excellent online store for refurbished phones.

I bought this phone for my father, and it works perfectly fine. It did have some imperfections even though I did order Premium; it is refurbished so you can’t expect perfection. Overall great purchase. I will definitely be buying from BackMarket again.

The phone works great and looks great! Definitely came in handy. I purchased the same phone from Amazon for my mothers birthday and we had issues with the sim tray and had to return it so, being able to replace it and able to get it at a better price was top tier. Now my mom has a new phone that she loves and needed. Thanks Back Market! I will be purchasing again soon!!

Absolutely perfect! My Samsung S21+ arrived looking almost brand new. Not a single scratch. Battery life is excellent and delivery was super fast. Very happy with the quality and service. I'm a happy and satisfied customer.

I was a little nervous buying from a company I just discovered but I am very happy with my decision. I wanted a good reliable phone and didn't have the biggest budget. Back Market made it so easy to find exactly what I needed! The phone works great and I am happy to reuse a device rather than get a whole new one. The phone was in great condition and works flawlessly.

This is at least my 4th or 5th phone purchase from Back Market. The process has been extremely smooth. Great deals as opposed to buying a new $1K phone. All of my phones have worked flawlessly. (My last Galaxy S10+ had a line on the screen about 1.5 inches down. I should've returned it, but thought I could live with it. It did bother me though!) I've always bought unlocked phones because I don't use a big corporate cell service provider. I really like this S21+ 5G EXCEPT when it boots up it has the BRIGHT PINK TMobile Logo and sound, which I hate (due to bad experience with TMobile in the past)! I think I got rid of all the other TMobile branding like the browser landing page, the ringtone and TMobile app. I don't understand why whoever refurbished this phone didn't re-load a generic OS. All the other reburbished phones have never had any sort of corporate branding. Other than that, I'm OK with the phone, I guess. I still have 28 days to decide. I really don't see that TMobile logo that much, just when restarting the phone so it should be fine.

I've bought from Rebeelo a couple times and everytime I've gotten a refurbished phone, it always had something wrong with it. Thankfully, Black Market can follow through with their promises of a functional phone. I'd most likely buy from here again
