the phone and service of backmarket getting my order to me safely and accurate to the description has been phenomenal!! the phone is incredible, and everything has been simply perfect, NO COMPLAINTS HERE BABY!!

Had an expert who is a friend thoroughly examine it and it is basically a new phone. All original parts with exception of the back cover to protect battery. He said it was the most gorgeous phone he has held and examined all 2024 probably. 10 gold stars out of 10.

The phone is working fine, just like new--and the Samsung S21 is a good phone. The next time, though, I think I might go with a Good-rated phone rather than Fair-rated, as in this case. The phone has some markings around the edges, but that is a cosmetic issue, and has not affected the phone's performance. I continue to believe that BackMarket is an excellent online store for refurbished phones.

I'm still setting my S21+ up/getting it set with my new network provider, but so far - SO GOOD! I love how the phone & new charging cable came safely wrapped for shipment! My entire experience in searching for, as well as purchasing, a new device with Back Market has been a positive one. I bought this phone for my father, and it works perfectly fine. It did have some imperfections even though I did order Premium; it is refurbished so you can’t expect perfection. Overall great purchase. I will definitely be buying from BackMarket again.

The S21+ is surprisingly very good and clean. Very minute almost not visible scratches, kinda looks brand new at first glance. I chose "good" and it really is far more than good. Thanks for the wonderful customer service and y'all have delivered. Highly recommend 👌.

The phone works great and looks great! Definitely came in handy. I purchased the same phone from Amazon for my mothers birthday and we had issues with the sim tray and had to return it so, being able to replace it and able to get it at a better price was top tier. I've bought from Rebeelo a couple times and everytime I've gotten a refurbished phone, it always had something wrong with it. Thankfully, Black Market can follow through with their promises of a functional phone. I'd most likely buy from here again
