    There are a lot of pros, and one con to this order. Pros: -order arrived before delivery date -phone was in great condition, as per description -Hasn't shown any signs of slowing down -Came with a cable and a power adapter Con: When the package arrived, the phone seemed to have a tiny chip on the corner. Perhaps since the phone is refurbished, and not new, you can't have everything. Barely noticeable, but that may bother some people.

    Quality like new, customer service - The best. My first purchase on Black Market, but deffinately will be back for more. Hard to get honest refurbished products on the net. And the price is hard to beat. Thanks for filling this void.

    After researching which phone I wanted and where to purchase a refurbished phone, I went to Backmarket. Found the phone I wanted and ordered it. Delivered promptly and in excellent condition, my new phone is wonderful! Works perfectly, looks new! I'm thrilled!

    The phone sent by Maroon Mobile was in excellent physical condition, but will not connect to a network. I tried dozens of troubleshooting methods, including sending the phone back to be repaired. Unfortunately, I don't think Maroon Mobile actually did anything to fix the issue, and when I asked for details about what they fixed, I was brushed off. Back Market has mostly been wonderful trying to deal with this issue, but given that it's been on and off for months, I've reached my warranty, and now they can't do anything, despite the seller obviously not repairing my phone. I consulted a local repair shop, and apparently the issue is the internal antenna, which is a manufacturing error. This is something that should have been caught in the supposedly rigorous refurbishing process, or at least when I sent it back with issues. Very frustrated, as now my only option is to spend $200+ to get it fixed, since I apparently bought a lemon and Maroon Mobile didn't bother to actually fix it.

    amazing item. it arrived a day early, and on top of that, it was ordered in good condition, so i expected some scratches but there are ZERO visible signs of damage on the item. will be buying from this refurbisher again. 10/10

    I'd like to share my honest review, and I apologize in advance for the length. Having used an S10 Plus, I was seeking an upgrade for the holidays. My priority was not necessarily having the latest model; I simply wanted something newer. I was initially apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone due to concerns about its condition. However, I decided to take a chance with Back Market. Unfortunately, my experience with Back Market left me somewhat disappointed. I purchased a refurbished S22 Ultra 5G, and while it arrived promptly (within just two days of ordering), I quickly encountered issues. The phone struggled to read my old SIM card, prompting me to obtain a new one from my local AT&T store. After a brief setup, I was able to use my new phone to make calls and send texts. However, my joy was short-lived as, after about 20 minutes, I lost the ability to connect to my carrier's network and make calls. I returned to the AT&T store the next day and received a new SIM card, but the problem resurfaced shortly thereafter.     Galaxy s22 Ultra 5g 256gb is doing awesome so far and super happy with it and has a small scratch on the right corner but it's tiny other than that was a over night shipping which was worth it!!! 😀 Ordered a case also over night shipping so I'm rocking my new phone.
