I absolutely love the phone I purchased through backmarket. I purchased the premium grade phone and it is totally flawless. I thought the battery life would have been premium and that's the only negative. the phone itself works perfect and doesn't have a single flaw. I paid a great price and helped mother earth by buying refurbished. Every device I purchase in the future will be through backmarket.

Bought a Refurbished S24 ultra in fair condition and I couldn't find anything wrong with it other than a few light scratches on the edge of the phone that can easily be covered with a case.

First purchase from Back market and it was a great experience. I chose a seller with great reviews and the phone I received was just like new! The whole process from start to finish exceeded my expectations, and I will purchase again.

Great so far, no imperfections on the screen, just I little mark (not that little) on the backside glass and that's it. I thought by choosing premium it would arrive with no imperfections at all, but it's ok, since it came with a higher storage capacity than what I ordered (1 TB instead of 256 gb), so it makes up for the dent. Thanks guys!

Device was nearly flawless in appearance despite only choosing "Good". The only wear is on the camera rings - the body/frame, camera lenses, and screen are perfect. Unfortunately, the S-Pen won't connect for Air Actions and fast charging does not work at all, so that's a little disappointing. But overall, a good experience.

I've become a regular customer because the products are top quality. if it says it's in great shape, the product IS in great shape. This phone looks brand new, it's fast and the specs are superior to my previous phone.
