This is my 3 purchase with backmarket and they haven't disappointed me yet. I bought the yellow s24 ultra in Excellent condition and there weren't any marks on this phone!! This color is way prettier in person too. I already ordered cases now I just need a screen protector.

I absolutely love the phone I purchased through backmarket. I purchased the premium grade phone and it is totally flawless. I thought the battery life would have been premium and that's the only negative. the phone itself works perfect and doesn't have a single flaw. I paid a great price and helped mother earth by buying refurbished. Every device I purchase in the future will be through backmarket.

Can't complain about this purchase. Since I clicked on excellent condition, it came in excellent condition. Package came fast and was easy to transfer my data from my old phone to. So far so good with the actual use.

The transaction was perfect. Device works great. My only gripe is my device came with a few pretty deep scratches, which drive me nuts. They applied a glass screen protector, but I can still see them underneath. The device works perfectly and is otherwise in great shape.
