I got the Premium Samsung Fold 6. The bad. It was not in a original box and did not have the factory peel off plastic it would have it it was un-used. It also was not reset back to factory settings. It did come in very good condition though. I would think it should have been sold as Excelent and not Premium. The good, I did get my purchase 1 day earlier than I expected. I do like my purchase. But, I think Excelent condition should be open box and like new. Premium, should be open box but absolutely not used with factory plastic seals and or factory case/box. But, I did get a good unlocked phone.

I love this z fold 6 been waiting to get one and you guys had a price I couldn't resist plus the phone was perfect not even one scratch on it. I'm so happy with my phone I just ordered the IPhone 13 for my daughter and I plan on getting all my old cell phones together to sell to you guys and thank you very much for what you guys do.

I was skeptical making this big purchase for a "FAIR" condition refurbished foldable device. Even with the decent discount. But the return policy is pretty good so I took a chance. Was terrified to see how damaged it would be. Front screen does have a crack in it but it is so small you can barely even see it and there is glass screen protector over top of the crack so you cannot even feel it at all or even notice it. The rest of the phone is absolutely flawless. No issues whatsoever. No other signs of wear. I assume the previous owner just didn't really like this style of phone. It came unlocked as described. Took 5 days to receive. I would definitely purchase from Back Market again. Love this phone

I was skeptical. AT FIRST. But this has been one of the best investments in my life. I received my Galaxy Z Fold 6 in perfect condition and at such a fantastic price. I mean, if I bought the same exact phone off the Samsung website I would've ended up paying more than 2000 dollars. With Back Market I saved basically 1000 dollars. So glad I went with the 'PREMIUM' condition. Phone has been working perfectly and is basically brand new.

The quality of my new Z-Fold 6 is unmatched. The cost is a MAJOR difference. I enjoy all the added perks which come with my purchase. The automatic warranty that comes with it. The choice to insure my unit. I was even offered the opportunity to get onboard with a new cellular provider with Verizon coverage. I am COMPLETWLY happy with my decision to try Back Market and their products.

love, Love, LOVE this phone! It's blazing fast, sleek, and oh so fun to use. And of course, the best part is unfolding it! A lot of people have issue with the crease, and it is visible (from an obscure angle that you don't use anyway) and you can feel it, but it doesn't bother me, and tbh, I hardly notice it. The condition of the phone was much better than "fair" and if I didn't know better, I'd think it was brand new. Minus one star for Back Market not shipping to Hawaii (and Alaska.) I had to ship it to a friend who forwarded it to me. the forwarding from my friend using USPS was quick and smooth. But from the vendor to my friend via UPS was a complete disaster and $hịŧshow, the absolute worst shipping experience I've ever had in my (over 50 year old) life! I would LOVE to make many more purchases with Back Market and I *would* highly recommend it to my friends and family, but until Back Market updates their shipping policy and stops discriminating against the citizens of AK & HI for no reason other than where we live (this is location discrimination, BTW) I cannot recommend Back Market nor will I make any more purchases, as the inconvenience and hassle of being forced to involve...

Like new. So far so good. I will update this review if I encounter any problem with the phone that ad nothing to do with me. Till then this phone is an excellent phone and I fo recommend.It came with no scratches

I was really nervous about this purchase but the phone turns out really awesome! Just like a new phone minus the unboxing experience. So far no problem whatsoever!
