Phone arrived when expected and is in great condition and has worked flawlessly so far. Looking at the phone, you never would know it was refurbished. I'll likely be looking at Back Market for future tech purchases as needed.

Couldn't be happier! I've learned the hard way buying refurbished phones, now I read reviews, research the seller. There was nothing put positive and with good reason. Phone arrived on time, in (not good) great condition (imo), no hassle. This is probably the fourth phone I have bought on Back Market, never going back!

I am overjoyed with my Google pixel 8. Got an awesome Black Friday deal, and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the phone I received. I recommend black market to everyone. I made a great upgrade. Downside, I didn't turn in my old phone (pixel 2xl), because I was going to get a DOLLAR for it. Lol it's ok, I thought that was hilarious, an knew I needed a newer phone phone. Will continue to use Black Market.

The new/refurbished phone is perfect, this is my third refurbished phone through back market, and I recommend it to anyone in the market for a new phone.

Always sceptical when using a new refurbished electronics website. I couldn't be happier. The communication during shipping was great, the correct phone in the correct color and storage was well packaged, including a USB c cable and charging brick, which unexpected but appreciated. I ordered a "excellent" refurbished condition and is was in fact flawless. As far as I can tell, it looks and feels brand new. 5*Stars, would recommend and likely but again from them.

I was initially delighted with the Pixel 8, but after a couple of days it developed a very weird intermittent problem with the display. I don't blame BackMarket for this because it would have been very difficult to detect during even the most rigorous screening process. Other than the fact that the help system is all-chat based with no option for a phone call, their helpline was very good. After a couple of reasonable attempts to resolve the problem, the person handling my case was very helpful in assisting me with arrangements to return the phone. My only quibble is that the company makes no provision for you to keep the phone you are returning long enough to use to set up the unit you are exchanging it for. So 4.5 stars out of 5 for BackMarket.

Good experience! Would buy again from BackMarket. Phone screen was flawless as described, body was more like good condition vs very good, but can't notice it with the case on anyway. Battery life is good as well, over a day in battery saver mode!

Paid for overnight shipping, phone arrived in a timely fashion in excellent shape. Ordered an "Excellent" condition model and was surprised to see that the phone shipped in it's original packaging less the OEM charging cable. Phone shows no signs of wear/tear, put my current SIM in and the device fully functions with my carrier. I'll most definitely consider BackMarket in the future for devices. Tl;Dr - Quick shipping, affordable and as described. No complaints here.

First Pixel 8 I ordered would overheat quickly and then restart. I returned it free of charge for a complete refund. Ordered a second and this is what I'm typing from now. Works great and looks brand new. All my friends and family want me to switch to an iPhone but I'm holding out !
