Phone arrived in excellent condition and switching my sim card and setting up the new (to me) phone was a breeze. Appreciated getting a well-reviewed android phone without shelling out more money to Google (though I did have to install an android launcher app to remove the Google Search widget from the home screen). Very pleased with both the phone and the folks who refurbished it.

Phone arrived when expected and is in great condition and has worked flawlessly so far. Looking at the phone, you never would know it was refurbished. I'll likely be looking at Back Market for future tech purchases as needed.

Couldn't be happier! I've learned the hard way buying refurbished phones, now I read reviews, research the seller. There was nothing put positive and with good reason. Phone arrived on time, in (not good) great condition (imo), no hassle. This is probably the fourth phone I have bought on Back Market, never going back!

Arrived quickly and no issues whatsoever with getting it set up! It was listed as Fair condition but honestly I don't see any scratches or anything like that, so I'm super happy with the purchase! Phone works great - no issues.

This is the fourth phone I have bought through Back Market and As usual, I am completely satisfied with the experience (which is why I keep coming back). My wife's Pixel 6a will be due for and upgrade in 2026 and I will be back to purchase our 5th.

I am overjoyed with my Google pixel 8. Got an awesome Black Friday deal, and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the phone I received. I recommend black market to everyone. I made a great upgrade. Downside, I didn't turn in my old phone (pixel 2xl), because I was going to get a DOLLAR for it. Lol it's ok, I thought that was hilarious, an knew I needed a newer phone phone. Will continue to use Black Market.

Terrific phone with mo signs of visible wear to me. So easy to set up and transfer my data. So pleased with refurbished Pixel 8.

I love the Pixel 8 except for.....The battery life in this phone is nothing like my Motorola.I feel like my battery is not refurbished with the phone.I am a constant phone user.Trust me the Pixel is a great phone just not for me! I am researching a different phone now When my refund goes thru I will be buying a different phone!! Love the customer service with this company.

Fairy smoothly although the initial set up instructions were incorrect. I needed to figure out sim card transfer on my own with help from a friend. Now I can't get notifications to work for messages...
