My phone arrived when it was supposed to. It was packaged well, and despite it being labeled as “fair” I only could barely see a tiny little scratch on the side. Once I put a case on there – no more scratch! The phone powered on and worked just like it was new from Apple. I will definitely be buying from back market again and will be recommended them to anyone in the market for refurbished electronics.

I bought an iPhone 14 Pro unlocked and my experience was great! Unfortunately, four days before I bought a screen protector I cracked my screen. Luckily, I added the protection that black market offers for phone so I hope I can get my screen fixed. I am in the process of sending my phone to get fixed after paying a $40 fee.

OMG YALL I am not even lying this is amazing, the battery capacity is 82% which is a bit disappointing BUT the quality for the phone was almost new but with only a few barely visible marks on it. I LOVE IT!!

I am quite pleased with this iPhone 14 Pro. I've purchased two other iPhones before this one and was given iPhones below their proposed quality grade (premium). However, this iPhone 14 Pro in Space Black was borderline flawless (not a single scratch), working smoothly, and best of all, the battery health was at 100%. That's impressive considering it's almost three years old. The iPhone came from Cellular Professor, so I highly recommend getting refurbished from them if it's an option.

Was looking to upgrade my iPhone 7 and came across Back Market. Overall, a very positive experience. Easy to use website that provided confidence in purchasing a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro. I especially like the Deep Purple option. During the entire purchase process, Back Market kept me informed, including shipping times. Also, Back Market provided a refund for my iPhone 7. I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I’m so happy about this transaction and I highly recommend it to people who are in the market for one without costing you arm and leg. Shout out to Supplytronics!

Ngl, this phone tuff asff I love it it just came in 2 hours ago. Ordered in fair condition and is nearly excellent, despite 3 very small and barely noticeable scratches on the screen. There are scuffs on the edge of the phone on the metal part, but that is expected, and aswell barely noticable. 10/10. will get my next phone from here, I love it, and very fast shipping, came in 4 days after purchasing. The battery is at 86%, but I dont mind, but if you do, add the battery replacement option, or go with the better options instead of fair.

I am very happy with the quality of the refurbished iphone 14 pro I got. And the case and screen protectors are wonderful! First time purchasing a refurbished phone and will definitely be doing so again from here on out!
