I purchased an iPhone 16 Plus. It arrived quickly, was easy to get switched over to my carrier and looked brand new. The battery was in excellent condition. I am very pleased - saved some money and reduced some waste.

So easy to set up I didn’t see one flaw I’m not exactly sure why it wasn’t a premium iPhone condition the battery health was 100 and all the parts are straight from Apple I’m so happy with my purchase and I’d definitely purchase from here again

The 16 Plus was in pristine condition when received. Saved a few hundred dollars vs buying directly from Apple. Have bought 3 iPhones and a MacBook from Back Market. All items were in great condition. I will continue to use them in the future.

The iPhone 16 Plus is a wonderful phone. It looks like it is New! The only problem I encountered was that setting it up was not easy. I had iOS 26 beta on my old phone, and transferring the data to the new iPhone was tricky at best. I am still having problems even though I backed up the old phone to the cloud. Every App came transferred without the correct password. It has taken days to rectify, and I am still not sure if it is working.

But my dad said or think it wasn't a good purchase,and wanted me to or said i need to save my money, and wants me to return it, do you know how i can return it, and get my money back? Package 📦HAS NOT been opened It's not open it's still in the package

The phone came in great condition and was one minor scratch i seen that is so small after the screen protector is on you cant even see it everything works fine was able to connect to my carrier and more .. great purchase
