First time ordering refurbished.. Ordered this phone for Christmas, ordered it in excellent condition. I got more than described, battery health is 100%, came in pristine, straight out of the box condition. Whoever last had this device took very good care of it! Shipping was fast! Speaker grill was a little dirty but that can be cleaned. Thanks too this seller for a lovely iPhone 7 Plus.

I purchased this phone in May of 2021 and it was exactly as described and has performed flawlessly. Apple no longer supports the iOS except for essential security and the battery has degraded and would need replacing but I have never had to have the phone repaired. I am now shopping on Back Market for an iPhone 12. Thank you

The phone i got looked brand new. not a single scratch or ding. They even put a screen protector on it for me. This is the best refurbished phone i have gotten. I'll be getting another one from them if this one ever dies.

Works great! Only a few scratches that aren’t noticeable, Love it as a backup phone. Would recommend getting!

Verizon says the phone is incompatible…I’ve had so much trouble setting it up before learning this…FB, iMessages, weather app, Messenger app work just fine tho. I reluctantly will be returning the phone.

Just getting around to rating this as I'm looking into another new purchase. I purchased this iPhone 7 plus over 2 years ago and it's still going strong! No signs of wear or tear and I've somehow kept it that way. The only reason I'm looking to upgrade is becasue I can't seem to get all of the updates on this older version of iPhone anymore sadly. This was the second iPhone I purchased from back market and it's now the only place I will purchase phones from. I plan on purchasing 2 more phones in the next few months from back market.

I really like my IPhone 7 plus phone. It has the larger size screen and has the dual cameras which take much better pictures than my Samsung Galaxy A03. It syncs with my IPad which is good. I can only update to ios 15.8.1 unfortunately so some Apps will not work on my phone. Oh, well.

I love the phone it's pretty much new just a couple scratches but although it does work and and can get typical tests done on it I will for sure be coming back to give back wireless they have amazing reviews you guys should shop, Thank You !
