Hi, I Bought the MacBook Air 2017 & Everything Went Great Paid For Overnight Because Im Impatient But Everything Went Smoothly I Ordered It In Good Condition And Honestly This Device Was A Steal It Literally Is Flawless Like Out Of The Box Brand New Flawless ...The Only Problem I Had Was After 3 Days The Laptop Stopped Charging With The Provided Charger So I Called Apple Support and Got The solution (it matters what wattage your charger is) seller sent a 60w charger and MBA 2017 takes 45w just decided to order one on amazon and everything is working smoothly again ....other than that little problem I would definitely recommend blackmarket for refurbished devices will be purchasing again in the future !

I am highly satisfied with my MacBook Air and will most certainly return for the purchase of other items! Product was refurbished, but you could not tell it at all. No dings, no scratches, works great, long battery life and came with a new charger and cube! A+++

I was so nervous to buy a refurbished MacBook from this website. I was even more nervous when I received my very first MacBook and it looked like it had been dropped from the Empire State Building. Huge dents on the top of the lid, and every corner had giant gashes to where there were even chunks of metal missing. I knew I had ordered one in “fair” condition but all the reviews I had seen had shown really nice looking ones, even ones in fair condition were pretty pristine. So I just sighed and wished I had paid a little extra for “good condition”. But then I opened the lid, and was really mad. The screen also had damage which was NOT supposed to happen even in fair condition. Several areas of pixels missing, and in the corner was a foggy like appearance. I contacted customer service and they immediately told me my options - return for a refund, or return and see if the sender could repair it. If they couldn’t, they would replace it. I opted to send it back and get it repaired if able, or replaced. It couldn’t be repaired, so I was sent a replacement. And let me tell you - my replacement is PERFECT! Not one dent, ding, or scratch. It’s SOOOO pretty. It looks brand new, and more importantly it works great. 100% battery health as well. Throughout the whole process, Back Market’s customer service was quick to communicate and check in with me. This speaks volumes and I will absolutely purchase through here again!

For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. I hope my review helps some of you!

great buy and a good find my seller was Ed Tech Surplus my 2nd purchase from them and so far my main go to seller. both MacBook airs I got from him in fair condition where amazing and super budget friendly. would recommend buying from them if you can always prices their stuff well and disclosures any issues or problems with it in sellers comments. got this lovely 2015 MacBook air for under 100 with tax and worth every penny

GREAT!! I was iffy at first because of some bad reviews, but it came looking new and had a good battery life of 80%. I recommend BackMarket! Its better than buying refurbished items from, lets say best buy. Trust me on this guys!

Came in excellent condition just like i ordered, and if anyone have the question i was wondering, yes this apple MacBook laptop plays the sims 4 and yes u can get mods and cc on the game, I bought this laptop so i can change from xbox one gaming to laptop gaming and it’s excellent does get hot because it is in use but thats the only problem also i think i can put more storage on it for .99¢ a month so i think i might do that because with the amount of cc and mods that you download into your files, it does pile up very quickly since it’s only five GB it does pile up very fast so either be wise about your downloading or delete some stuff after a while but that’s all I love this laptop. It is basically my early Christmas gift to myself. Because this is what I’ve been wanting since forever and I finally have it so there you go happy shopping.!!

Absolutely love it!! It did come with a very tiny dent on the face of the Mac near the Apple logo but I’m completely fine with that! No joke to those looking for MacBook’s this is where to buy one affordably.

My computer arrived in beautiful condition. I love how easy it was to customize what you want to buy to find the perfect price. I easily saved half of what I would have spent at the Apple Store yet it still feels brand new. The process was seamless and I got a great price for my trade-in. For something that is in fair condition, I personally would have thought it was an excellent condition. This is such a steel. It just has one little bump on the side and a few scratches to be honest. That’s all I didn’t notice them when I first found my MacBook and there’s no imperfection on the MacBook inside. this completely blew me away. I had a MacBook Air 11 inch and it’s better than this one although it’s bigger it’s definitely cheaper and I would say that it’s 200% better. I haven’t ran in with any problems. The seller charge the device before it came so it was already at 100%. It was so easy to sign in and login, get this computer but especially from the seller. I’m not gonna have this computer for long but I know I’m gonna enjoy the time that I’m gonna have it for.
