5/5I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great. 5/5Great idea to purchase this refurbished MacBook Air from Back Market. In my eyes pristine. Works perfect and performs the tasks that I purchased it for. Absolutely no reason to buy a new one unless the exact specs you need can only be found new. Refurbished is the way to go. 5/5My early 2015 11” MacBook Air has been my all time favorite laptop but after eight years of full time use its keyboard finally gave out. Fortunately, for the same price I’d pay to have it repaired, I was able to buy a nearly identical model here with twice the original’s 4GB RAM, in such pristine condition I feel like I just bought a brand new unit at 1/4th the price a new unit originally cost. 5/5Another great purchase from Back Market :). I’ve ordered multiple iPads from Back Market previously; this was my first laptop purchase. As expected, the MacBook Air was delivered extremely quickly — within 1 day of purchase (actually faster than expected!). Safely packaged. MacBook Air came in the original Apple box (though the Apple box did have a big white sticker label — which made it clear it wasn’t brand new). MacBook Air was in great condition as promised. No issues setting it up. Back Market has repeatedly delivered great products to me. 5/5I was pleasantly surprised, the refurbished MacBook Air (2020) arrived within a few days, and it is in PERFECT condition. No scratches or any issues, battery is still in top level health. This was by far the BEST deal I could find online on this model. I only order from Backmarket for my used tech now. Whenever I did have even the slightest issue, their customer service has been great. It might take a day for them to reply to me, but they have always resolved any issues I had. 4.8/5I had my doubts about ordering a refurbished MacBook, as I have never owned a MacBook before. However, for purchasing in "good" condition, it is practically brand new with no visible blemishes. Very impressed with the shipping time as it came in only a couple days from ordering to delivery. One downside is the battery life isn't phenomenal but that is my only complaint when it comes to this computer.
