I was skeptical about refurbished products on the internet. I read reviews and decided to give Back Market a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my iPod and it was just as described. It works perfectly for what I needed and I’ve already ordered another product and spread the word to some coworkers! Back Market is a great place to get great quality at a lower price!!

The iPod Touch 6 arrived quickly and in excellent shape. We're delighted. While the technology is somewhat dated, the 128gb is much appreciated, and it is an update from our even more dated 30gb ipod that we use for podcasts. It's wonderful to be able to rely on Back Market and their vendors for equipment that is still valuable, knowing that it has be carefully refurbished. We've bought iPhones and this fine iPod Touch 6 and all are functioning well. Many thanks!

It was my first time buying from back market so i was a little worried but my ipod came in a good condition so i was happy and it came with a real apple charger but the only thing it didn’t came with was the headphones like it had in the picture i was a little disappointed but overall everything was great i will be buying again from back market.

Battery life is acceptable but not fantastic. The battery level indicator does not give accurate information. This is true about most of the iPod touch 6 devices. It will give a LOW BATTERY POWER message when the battery is still at 45%, otherwise it works fine.

Shipped fast and received it in better than stated condition. No issues with Back Market or the refurbisher whatsoever. Will definitely purchase from again. My only gripe is with the product itself. I went with an iPod Touch as a cheap way to use a baby monitor app on iOS. Apparently, the Touch wasn't really made for long periods of video watching as the baby monitor app uses a lot of battery and gets pretty warm. Again, I don't think this has anything to do with it being refurbished; it was just made for playing music primarily.

I listen to Audio Books, on my iPod, almost every minute of the day and into the night. Imagine my distress when I needed a new iPod and couldn't purchase a new one. Then I became distrustful about buying a refurbished one. Eventually I decided to give Back Market a try, and am so happy I did. I love your Mission of recycling, and the fact that the iPod that I received is in excellent condition, and performs beautifully. Thank You!!!

i wanted something for my daughter that had pretty much everything my ipad has. she can text family members while on the internet. listen to music. has an alarm on it for school. works great!!! no issues here

Ordering process was great, shipping was fast. The iPod itself seems to be mostly OK, but the battery meter is wildly inaccurate. I think the battery itself is OK, but the meter fluctuates constantly. After doing some research, this seems to be an issue with most or all older iPod Touches, so I'm planning on keeping it and just dealing with the issue.

I have made some really great purchases through Backmarket, but this one was a little shy of great. First and foremost, this iPod Touch is not a 7th gen, it is a 6th gen. When connected to my wireless ear buds it would seem, every now and then, as if it is trying to disconnect for just a fraction of a second. As I continued listening through the buds, it got worse. Sort of like static on a radio. It has seemed to work fine with just a Bluetooth speaker. It also works OK when connecting to my audio systems in my vehicles, which I prefer to connect through the lightning cord. It provides much better sound and volume. I will keep the Touch and add to my collection but just had a few gripes.
