This case appears to be new not refurbished as the box is labeled. I probably wasn't paying close enough attention when I ordered the case, because it was for a different model. My fault or theirs, Backmarket credited my payment account the day after I notified them the case didn't fit. Thanks so much Backmarket!

I was disappointed to see the expected delivery almost a week after ordering, but was so pleased to receive my new case within 3 working days. Even though the box states that it is refurbished, the case appears to be brand new. No documentation was included but wasn't necessary. My phone slipped right into the case. I don't think anything could have made this a better purchase experience. 🙂

I'm sorry for being a bit leary at first in buying this. Perhaps the title/name of the item in the website? Not sure. However, I still proceeded with the purchase, and so happy I did. Not only was the purchase experience quick and easy, but the shipping and delivery were fast, plus the price was more than excellent! The case itself was marked with a small stamp that says refurbished on the inside, but it is in perfect condition. It also arrived in great packaging and everything. They say this is a used cased. I don’t believe them. I couldn’t find anything about this case to indicate it was used before. It is in perfect condition. I chose this case due to it having the built-in ‘handle’ in the back. I had one of those PopSockets on the back of my last case. That stopped the wireless charging from working. Now, with this case, I can use the wireless chargers. This built-in pop-up handle doesn’t work as a Stand to prop up the phone the way the PopSocket did, but I don’t need that functionality from it. It’s not as comfortable as the PopSocket, either. But, that’s a trade-off I’m willing to make to be able to use wireless chargers. I’m getting used to the handle, so the difference isn’t that big of a deal. The case does seem to be able to protect my iPhone just fine. The plastic is hard and smooth. It will help to protect my phone from falls, but will also allow it to slide off of things. Overall, it’s a great case.
