Cell fee delivers excellent refurbished phones. Ordered this Samsung A15 to use as an MP3 player in my Salon space. It's just what I needed. Quality internal music player, plus I loaded my booking, timer, smart plug and calendar apps to run my salon business on WiFi. Excellent price, battery lasts days and if I ever need another phone, phone, I've got it!

It came super quick, I love the cheap price and how it’s great for the quality of the phone! I got this phone for my dad and the audio quality is pretty good, I can call and text him as usual once I put a sim card in, and it’s not super slow or anything. It does lag sometimes but I cleared up the storage to help. I will be shopping with backmarket more often!

It was next to perfect. One thing that could improve service would be to include an operating instructions document. It is one thing not offered in the details but upon receipt I realized that I should have asked for or been made aware of so that I would have been prepared to use the product immediately. Everything that you did offer was excellent

I got the phone in good condition and it works so well like I brought it from Samsung. one downside though was that when I downloaded tiktok one of the old users data was still in there and they were banned so I couldn't use tiktok for a while. but overall a great purchase.

Device was great. No instructions were included and, as I am not tech-y, I did not know I had to buy a Sim card kit. So that added a few days to my being able to use the phone. It was more difficult than I expected to change over my service, etc so I will not be in a hurry to get a new device, but my experience with purchasing and receiving the product from back market was problem free! Shipping was quick.

Everything worked great as it should had no issues with putting a T-Mobile sim in it if your looking for a T-Mobile phone this is one of the best ones you can buy for a really cheap price just because it’s locked to T-Mobile I have T-Mobile so getting them to sim unlock it was super easy definitely recommend

First time buyer wasent sure what to expect but was not disappointed for a product that was sold as used I can barely notice any scratches and phone works great up until now . Will definitely buy more products in the future from back market
