    I want to start by saying that I went out on faith with your company and ordered Galaxy tab S7 that I wasn't sure I needed cuz I have a gaming laptop and a Android cell phone but I wanted to find a device where I could read digital comics and have a little bit bigger screen to watch YouTube and be able to journal with a pen with all that being said it has exceeded my expectations and I saved money to boot I will be trading in my old devices with your company and buying other refurbished devices in the future!!!!

    fast delivery, great price, 6 months and zero issues. my experience with refurbished products over 30 years can be best described as apocalyptic, with few enough notable exceptions I can count them on one hand. this is one of the exceptions. I've had a great experience with back market. 5/5

    Great I ordered it for my toddler who's 3 years old she loves it I've used other tablets before and they crash after she downloads a few apps or they don't load properly and this 1's great though of properly it came in great condition no scratches no things with a charger everything 10 out of 10

    I had a slight issue with the shipping number but Back Market customer service and the seller handled everything with care and courtesy. The package ended up coming a day earlier than expected. The tablets were in excellent condition ...just like new. I am beyond pleased with customer service, the credible seller, the price, and quality of the product. I will definitely be a returning customer!

    The look of the tablet is great as well as the quality of it. Back Market does a great job with the folks they work with to refurbish the products they sell.

    Really loving the tablet so far. I'm moving away from iPad so I'm having to learn Android on the tablet. I'm also new to Samsung which has a few unique apps and store. I'm amazed by the battery life.

    It's a good device for the price; slow charging but not a real problem; its handlers are electronic novices & any glitches are more us than the device. Thank you for restoring one visually-impaired Senior's ability to read downloaded books!

    Oh Magoo, you've done it again! If I didn't know better I'd swear it is new. We watched 5.5 hrs of movies on a flight from Oregon and still had decent battery life. Exterior is in perfect shape and it runs my aps very well. I am totally pleased!

    I was very happy to see people who are intrested to sell referbished stuff as their prime products. I was very happy with the service and shipping, and of course with the product itself. I got the product that I was looking for, and it was the same as discribed.

    the tablet is great so far , have not used it much yet , so far it was in perfect condition except for one minor 7mm scratch near the center of the screen that i can barely see when i am specifically looking for it after i put on a screen protector.
