Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

This is most satisfactory risk I have ever taken. I purchased the iphone 12Pro in Excellent condition. Came with no scratches on the screen or even the back, no scratches on camera, . Speakers are in perfect condition when playing music. Looks literally brand new, can't tell its refurbished. Battery health 82%, but I am still satisfied with it as it is. On that note, I am also an international shopper, i.e I am from Nairobi, so this was a real risk, so happy with my purchase.

Very happy with the phone, packaging and timeliness of delivery! Had to purchase at last minute as daughter was traveling abroad and needed an external sim card, not esim, and iPhone 14 and newer can't accommodate that. (Go figure) got an iPhone 11 for an incredible price! Will be telling parents on the Flown Abroad FB page!

Very satisfied with my purchase! The phone came in amazing condition which is crazy because they don’t even make iPhone 12s anymore. Not to mention I got the color red so to get a red iPhone 12 in as good condition as I have is a godsend. I highly recommend backmarket to everyone now. 10/10

Minor scratches on the side/bottom, but if you just put a case on it, it’ll be fine and unnoticeable. You should buy refurbished phones because it’s a lot cheaper and helps save the environment! Plus, who would want to spend $1000 on a phone when you can spend less than $500 for something identical!?

I bought a refurbished 2020 IPhone SE from Back Market. The experience was seamless. I received the in two days, transfer from old phone was easy. I’m pleased with my new phone and I also got a trade in from an IPhone 8. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others!

I bought a iphone 8 strickly for facetime and imessage to see if i like the program as an android user. It arrived quickly packaged well and charged at %90. It was rated good and the phone has no identifiable flaws.I charged it to %100 and learned it quite quickly. It has been on for 5 days now and battery is @90%. Perfect transaction.

The phone was supposed to be white, but it is black. I really was looking forward to replacing my loved white iphone 6 with a white SE But by accepting it and tossing the packaging and now using it (it works fine) AIm out of luck How does your refurbisher send out a black phone instead of what I ordered without telling you?

Got my new to me iphone12pro max and love it! Great condition, won’t know it was a refurbished phone. Love the size. And shipping was great and my trade in was easy and smooth. When it’s time to upgrade I will come back for sure.
