I paid for excellent grade but that is not what I got. There are very visible dents and marks on the body and the screen is scratched and marked up. It says that excellent grade the screen is good and the body may have marks that are not noticeable. Again that's not what I got. Very disappointed that I paid more to get excellent grade and looks like I got fair grade. So upsetting! As far as how it works that part is fine.

I ordered this MacBook in excellent condition, however, once it arrived there was sticker residue in multiple spots on the top and bottom of the laptop. There were also minor dents and scratches as well. After having this laptop for less than 30 days, the screen cracked, and I lost 1/4 of my screen view as it blacked out. I was super gentle with this laptop and kept it at home as I work from home. I sent it back in under the warranty as it was less than 30 days and they said they were not able to fix it but that I could trade it back in and lose hundreds of dollars. I'm not sure if the laptop was poorly refurbished or if this model of MacBook is just super fragile. Not a great experience on the whole with this purchase.

This laptop failed within 6 months. It is dead now and I don't know if I will have any retribution for this :( I don't think this is a good quality refurbishment, something was wrong this was a dud and did not work well. It froze constantly for periods of time since I got it. Obviously something was wrong.

Mac is awesome! 1st left charging port dosent work and you can see where stickers were previously beside the trackpad. Runs perfect!

Paid extra for excellent conditions, it was in good shape, but definitely had noticeable blemishes. Wasn’t expecting that.

Well I love it but didn't realize it was through Verizon which I don't have now I have to go to my carrier to get certain things turned on. But I really like it
