    The MacBook arrived on time and was exactly as described (excellent condition) it was above and beyond my expectations with an extremely low battery cycle count. the price was comparable to what you would find on Facebook or craigslist without the heavy use, dents, scratches or covered in stickers. if it wasn't for very slight key shine, you would have never known it was used at all.

    This laptop failed within 6 months. It is dead now and I don't know if I will have any retribution for this :( I don't think this is a good quality refurbishment, something was wrong this was a dud and did not work well. It froze constantly for periods of time since I got it. Obviously something was wrong.
