    This computer is awesome! Looks brand new. I decided I am never buying another new laptop. My last two lasted only 2 years and I paid over $600 bucks for a basic laptop that had less options. This one is fast, 16g of ram, great battery life (8 hours!) and intel inside. I have purchased a wide assortment of products from BackMarket including apple watch, android smart watches, Apple laptop and a Dell monitor. I am singing BackMarket's praises to anyone who will listen. I am impressed. Arrived on time and in great condition.

    It was my first experience with a Windows tablet. I currently have a PC and a laptop, so the skills were transferable. What took me a week or so to realize is that the camera doesn't work. Tried it on a Zoom meeting and nothing. Tried just the camera and nothing. But other than that, it does what I need in the 2 hour time span I use it, so I'm not complaining too much

    Super easy to get started. Had it connected less than a minute. I put 2 AA batteries and turned it on! It very much just a fair condition. It scrolls well but the actual mouse itself was a little more worn than I expected for fair. I cleaned it and some dirt came off but there are a few scratches that are here to stay. All in all, I like my mouse and I don’t regret the purchase.

    This is about the 7th item I've purchased from Back Market. The items were delivered exactly as described. There have been 1 or 2 glitches (as in all these type transactions) however resolution was easy and fair. I will continue to use them for my electronics needs.

    It works great! It was not misrepresented at all on the app the shipping was fast and just as I was told it would be and when it would be. I am referring all of my friends to back market and I am shopping here first.

    Haven’t tested on my MacBook yet but came with a pretty bad scratch, I guess it’s fine since I got it in “fair” condition, kinda of wished I ordered in good condition instead. No charger as well but can be connected to iPhone’s charger.

    No problems with my mouse. Actually, I have never had any issues with Logitech products and so far I have no complaints about Back Market. Both the tablet and the mouse are working perfectly.

    The Magic Mouse didn't work, wouldn't turn on, I checked online to make sure I wasn't missing something but it was really dead. Took a while to convince help center that it was dead, but they sent a return label. Shipped mouse back, it was received ten days ago, I still don't know if it is being repaired, replaced, or refunded. My inquiries at Help Center about status got auto-replies, then a message that a real reply would come in 24 hours. At this point I just want a refund so I can order another.
