    I was hesitant about ordering something refurbished but this exceeded my expectations, the shipping was really fast and the iPad looks new to me, I ordered one for my niece for her birthday and actually ordered another one for my god daughter. 10/10

    I absolutely love my MacBook! I was unsure about buying something refurbished, but it exceeded my expectations. My laptop came without scratches, it looked perfect. The only tiny issue was that certain keys got caught, but fixed themselves overtime. For the price, this MacBook is the way to go.

    Experience was great! Order got here quickly, iPad worked fine and looked like it was in protect condition to have purchased one in fair condition. The only issue is this iPad is too old to update past the iOS version 12 which it wouldn’t allow me to download any apps for my kiddo like Speech Blubs or Disney+ because the iPad needs to be update to atleast iOS 15 so I’m sending this one back and have already placed another order for the 2017 version which updates to an iOS 16.

    iPad is great. Purchased “Good” condition. Minor signs of wear, none of which are on the front or back of the device which is great. Charger is new but 3rd party and not a very good one, charges very slow. I have better chargers so I’m not worried about that but something to keep in mind if you’ll rely on the one provided. Overall very satisfied and very fast shipping.

    Very happy with my new MacBook! Came in better condition then I thought it would, looks almost brand new. Runs like an absolute dream and got here in the blink of an eye. Thank you so much for selling me such a great machine! Will definitely use BackMarket again for my next electronic purchase.

    I love the iPad, I’m a college student and I truly do think this will help me, and the customer service was great! I’m not sure if you guys handle this but the delivery was not the best. They left the package right in front of my residence where anyone could have stolen it. I’d prefer if it was placed in front of our door or at least our porch. Other than that I’m very satisfied, I will definitely buy again THANK YOU!!!!!

    The quality of the Laptop was much better than believed, scratches are extremely minor i almost believed i had bought one of Excellent condition. No issues with the laptop, so far it's been a month and i'm loving it

    I am so happy with this purchase! My laptop came in brand-new condition, it was delivered so quickly. I think Back Market just earned itself a permanent customer, cannot recommend this enough. And saved over $500!

    Good price! It was delivered quickly, and it works as advertised, thus far. I can't really ask for more. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Back Market. The first two times I ordered I was not happy with the products. There was something problematic about both of the purchases. But, to Back Market's credit, they gave me several options for remedying the situation and did not make it seem like if I picked one option the other option to return the product was not available. So, I gave them another chance. And so far, so good! I would recommend shopping at Back Market based on this purchase and the price/value ratio but be prepared to have to go through the rigamarole of the return process to get something you are completely satisfied with. Fortunately, in my experience, they are willing and available to help if your order isn't acceptable.
