I am happy with my purchase now. However my phone came without being restored to factory settings. There was no "hello" or prompts to set up my phone when I powered it on. Just a display page of all the apts on the phone. Being a very technical challenged person, it took five hours to finally try the reset and restore to factory settings. It worked and I was able to set up my refurbished Iphone 12. A little disappointed that there is only 79% of battery Maximum Capacity along with the message that my battery's health is significantly degraded.

This phone is exactly what my mom needed after using the iPhone 7 for years and years. The good ole home button is something she desperately needs. It works great, has long battery life and works with both her US and Caribbean SIM cards. This is the third phone I’ve bought from BackMarket, not to mention AirPods and a MacBook Air. They’re my first choice for my electronic devices. Their emails are pretty cool too.

I was looking to save money on an iPhone 12, which I think is still a great product, but hard to find quality refurbished and phased out from Apple. Back Market fit exactly what we were looking for - and we bought 2. The devices weren't flawless, but totally acceptable and we throw a case on them anyways. The screens super nice and everything functions as it should. Super happy I found the right product at the right price.

I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro in good condition. When I received the phone it looked great with very minor scratches on the screen and barely anything on the body. However, in further inspection I noticed the call speaker to look rough and when I tested the speaker it had a “buzzing” sound. It was obviously not functional as it should be. I also noticed the bottom speaker to have some damage as well. I immediately began the return to fix this issue and they sent me a new phone altogether. The speaker issue was fixed and the phone condition was basically the same as the other. Minor scratches and barely any body damage that I could see. I’m impressed with the customer service and how quick they were to help and send a new one. I do recommend checking the speakers with your refurbished phone before being 100% confident you don’t need to return!

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process. So I have a lot to say about my order, mostly good but some bad. I bought the product red iPhone 12 and I’ve been using it for about a week, my first impressions are pretty good. It came 2 days early which was nice. It comes with a free charger, and a free screen protector which I was pretty happy about because I needed new chargers and screen protectors. The phone works like new. I haven’t had a single problem yet with the software of the phone it’s honestly great. It was pre set up for me too all I had to do was turn it on, and I didn’t need to go through the hassle of setting up a new phone which was really nice. However, the phone itself wasn’t that bad, but I just expected it to be in a little better condition, I paid for the good option. Now I completely get it, I didn’t pay for the excellent condition so there is obviously gonna be some scratches. To start if there are a few minor scratches on the back, nothing to go crazy over its what I expected from a refurbished phone. The from also has some slight scratches on it too, while these are a little worse I don’t care too much unless I’m really looking at it. It looks like I got what I paid for, so I’m not mad nor disappointed...

I find it difficult to purchase a new cell phone. The prices with cell phone providers is always astronomical. Therefore, I have always purchased refurbished & renewed cell phones. I have gotten them all from Amazon & they sadly don't last very long & they are inferior in quality. My daughter & son in law have begged me to get another better cell phone. I went to my cell phone provider & they appeared to offer deals that I could afford, but then they were all sold out. The other phones they offered were expensive. I searched the internet for best refurbished phones & number one on the list was Back Market. I ended up ordering an iPhone 11 & a case for it. The phone & the case are the best that I have ever had. It's been quite the relief. Back Market offers quality & affordable products.
