This phone is exactly what my mom needed after using the iPhone 7 for years and years. The good ole home button is something she desperately needs. It works great, has long battery life and works with both her US and Caribbean SIM cards. This is the third phone I’ve bought from BackMarket, not to mention AirPods and a MacBook Air. They’re my first choice for my electronic devices. Their emails are pretty cool too.

I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro 512GB - Sierra Blue in Excellent.Condition. It is beautiful with no scratches, nicks or dings. It looks and feels brand new. It has lots of “bells and whistles” compared to my iPhone 8. My purchase was easy and its delivery super fast. I am thrilled with my purchase and I’ll always buy refurbished from Back Market. I am happy with my purchase now. However my phone came without being restored to factory settings. There was no "hello" or prompts to set up my phone when I powered it on. Just a display page of all the apts on the phone. Being a very technical challenged person, it took five hours to finally try the reset and restore to factory settings. It worked and I was able to set up my refurbished Iphone 12. A little disappointed that there is only 79% of battery Maximum Capacity along with the message that my battery's health is significantly degraded.

I'm very happy with my new iPhone 14. It is in excellent condition and arrived when promised. I appreciated the guidance available online for transferring my data from my old phone. I didn't realize it came with a screen protector and unfortunately I messed it up checking it, so it now isn't adhered well in the corners. That's on me.

Backstory: I'm 73 and hard of hearing. When the Apple Airpods Pro 2 came out, I read about the hearing aid feature and decided it was worth a try. I researched which iphones would be compatible with the IOS18 upgrade necessary for the Airpods to be able to accept the hearing app firmware . The iphone 12 mini I bought from Back Market is just what I needed to do the job, at a considerable savings over any newer model. Love it!

I was looking for a convenient phone just to have because I recently broke mine and needed to have something on hand. I was a little nervous with using the Back Market app because I’ve never thought about buying refurbished electronics but so far the phone has given me no issues. I will continue to use backmarket whenever I need something quick and affordable.

I had already purchased a “restored” I iPhone 11 through Walmart and had due return it. I hesitantly purchased an IPhone 12 through Back Market and it was virtually brand new and have had no issues. Would purchase through them again. Much cheaper than new and better for the environment.

This iPhone 13 purchase is, I believe my 4th purchase with Back Market. Each time has been great, and this time was no exception. They are accurate in their representations of the condition, and the gear has been great and saved me tons of money. Just made my 5th purchase with them, and am eager to see my new (used) iPad.

Very high quality, paid for fair got excellent instead no visual right scratches on body or screen cam with a pre applied screen protector. Did not opt for the new battery option but it came with a new battery still I’m very happy with it.
