I got the phone in excellent condition, and I’m genuinely impressed. The shipping experience was solid — it arrived even before the estimated delivery time. I highly recommend buying from Back Market, especially for refurbished phones. They offer great deals and, most importantly, have strict policies to ensure customer satisfaction. I ordered the iPad 10.2 and I received it within the time given for delivery. I was able to set it up easily and after several weeks it still works perfectly. I am very well satisfied with my purchase and would definitely consider to make additional purchases from Black Market in the future.

The phone came in good condition, looking very new. All is functioning really well with a battery health of 100%. only issue was a notification that the phone display had non-genuine parts. Wish it had original apple parts but i can't expect much from a refurbished phone. All in all, this is a good phone.

I bought a refurbished iPad mini 2021 from Back Market and I am very impressed with the quality and service. The iPad was labeled good condition but it looked brand new with no scratches or dents. It also came with AppleCare until October, which is a nice bonus. The only issue I had was that the vendor sent me the wrong cable, but they quickly resolved it and sent me the correct one in less than a week. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Back Market again. Highly recommended!

The phone is excellent buying a phone from your site is just perfect and worth every penny that you pay for it I'm a customer now and I recently sold like four Apple products got a good deal for them pretty happy with everything so far thank you for also the attention that I got from customer service pretty good company I'm very happy

(iPhone SE 2022 64gb unlocked very good condition) I bought my phone a couple months ago and I love it! It’s in perfect condition, everything works exactly as it should, and I’d never even be able to tell it was refurbished. It seems totally brand new! I had no trouble at all with ordering/recieving it from the seller, it all went great. I’m so pleased with the phone and my experience with back market.

The phone is nice, but I immediately got an unknown part notification in settings that won’t go away. It is because the screen was replaced. I searched for more info and found out this is common, although I haven’t encountered it with multiple purchases of refurbished iPhones. A minor annoyance because (to my knowledge) you cannot clear this notification.

So glad Backmarket exists! Would much rather get a refurbished item for cheaper than buy new. Item I ordered was exactly as advertised

Purchased a fair IPhone 12 and all i was worried about was it having too many scratches and the battery capacity being below 80%... surprisingly the phone came in with just 1 small scratch and the battery capacity at 98% :) works like a new phone and came in 2 days earlier than expected, 100% recommend.
