Exactly as described. Some scratches and dings on it as is expected from a certified refurbished product. Shows at&t on start up, but is definitely unlocked and usable with any other compatible provider. Quality product for an affordable price.

This will be my go-to company for refurbished electronics going forward. Although you can't seem to call them the web site is outstanding. Devices are graded honestly and this is a company that does what it says on the site. I give Back Market my highest grade possible.

The purchasing experience was very easy to navigate on the website. The phone is looks perfect except small surface, nearly visible scratches in glass. Does not interfere with viewing. The clarity and photos are exceptional. Which is the main reason I chose this phone. A definite upgrade from my 4 year LG. The only thing is even though it is unlocked, the previous service apps are still there and I am unable to delete. My previous phone was refurbished and unlocked and did not have the same issue. It was not clear in the purchase expectations this would be the case. Not a big deal except the apps keep asking me to connect.

The experience has been great. Quick service. While I understand this is a refurbished product, there are a few flaws such as a crack near the top seam, the first of two USB-C ports is non functional, and one of my key caps is detached from the key. However, for the price, perfection can’t be expected. It works for what I need!

So far so good. I am updating from my MacBook Pro 2012 the usb stuff is different and my printer doesn't have the same port stuff so I have to figure out all the jazz. Plus I miss a disk drive to play dvds. but I will adjust.

I bought the MacBook pro wondering that it would be good, but it was so much better then I could expect, it’s fast, image quality amazing, sound is like a new MacBook, and the Touch Bar that makes everything better and easier. The only bad part was the charger that doesn’t work and since I’m not in US anymore I cannot ask for a replacement.

Battery came with horrible condition, since it’s refurbished, i would’ve guessed that BackMarket would’ve replaced the battery that was at 81% of life, went to Apple to get it replaced and they mentioned that probably the previous owner only used it charging.. which explains the horrible battery, ended off having to pay out of pocket 173 dollars something that should’ve already come replaced …
