I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I don't find anything wrong with refurbished/used items, so long as they're tested, and the seller notes the item works. My purchase actually came a day early. It was extremely well packed and powered up right away. I got it connected to my wi-fi network, my only issue was I didn't have the right cable to charge the device or transfer data/songs to it. Thankfully a quick Google search turned up the nearest retailer that had the right cable in stock. And just for good measure I picked up 2. I'll definitely return to BackMarket for future refurb/used tech purchases.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering a phone rated "fair" condition, with this being the lowest rating on the site. In the end, however, it seems there was nothing worry about. There are no cracks or scratches on the screen. I've not used it long enough to get a good sense of the battery performance, but the phone itself tells me its battery is functioning at 99 percent original capacity. There are some very light scuffs on the back on the phone, but nothing out of the ordinary, and I will be using a protecting case for the phone anyway. I mean, a 1st Gen iPhone SE in operative condition with 128GB storage? One must protect this rarity! Today's big clunky phones just don't measure up to the original SE... or measure down, as it were.)

This is a dated product and fair condition was very accurately described. I love backmarket because they shop quick and don’t lie about the quality of a product. This was my 3rd purchase from backmarket and will definitely choose this site over any other site that sells refurbished goods.

Tip top, it works perfectly; the reason I bought it is because my phone is too big to take to the gym and my previous iPod wouldn't hold a charge over 15 minutes, this one I don't even have to recharge when I get back from the gym and plenty of room for all my albums. This outfit is pretty dang good. This is the second time I've used them and they deliver. You get what you thought you were getting. Maybe even a better phone than you thought you were getting. Good price, good customer service. Only have had this phone for a month so we will see how it fairs but I bet it does well.

It came just as described actually even better no scratches dents or cracks! Looks brand new works properly and came in a timely fashion. Definitely happy with product amd would recommend to anyone!! Thanks guys

The iPhone se 2016 looked good and worked just as well . Customer service is very highly appreciated, they do what they canto make your purchase as it should be to the highest standards. Deliver times are in the time as promised and the items always arrive in very good condition . I have never had any problem with dealing with Backmarket.

The phone was flawless (I honestly couldn't tell it apart from a new phone), the delivery was fast, the e-mail updates were timely, and the phone works like a charm; thanks so much! (The battery, which was our main reason for replacing our old phone, is holding a charge like crazy! Awesome! :) )

i got the phone “fair” quality and honestly it came in way better condition than i was expecting. i plan on using the phone as a camera for youtube videos and thank god there is nothing wrong with the speaker and the camera quality is what i was expecting it to be. the phone came restarted of course and got to my house in 3 days as expected. it was wrapped perfectly and handled with care obviously 😂. i am most definitely coming back to purchase a new phone for myself later on using backmarket. i even told a couple of people because once again the phone came wayyy better than i was expecting. not even gonna lie i would assume the phone was brand new. there was minimal scratches. also the battery “functionality” is at 91 which is great as well for a phone that’s not brand new.

Product is in very good shape, operationally and appearance-wise. Prefer the IOS on my older Gen 4, but that’s hardly the seller’s fault. Battery life is ok, not great - but only to be expected with something this age. Overall, it performs well and is exactly what I expected from a used item. Very happy!
