This was a life saver, Had same phone and had broken the charging port. Part alone was more than this phone cost. Got the phone and was able to use the last charge on broken phone to transfer everything. Works better than my old phone.

This entire experience was awesome, I was like I think alot of ppl are kinda apprehensive about a refurbished phone but I had about 250 to spend and it came down to being able to get a lesser phone that I really didn't want brand new or the exact phone that I wanted if I went with BackMarket, well I decided to go for it and I figured if I wasn't happy the full mo ey back guarantee was there to eas red my mind. Well I got the phone I wanted listed in fair condition, I was shocked when it arrived, it looks and operates like brand knew, it worked perfectly it was easy to transfer my data over too I had absolutely no problems at any stage of my purchase,delivery or set up. I would and have recomemnded ppl to purchase from yal. Absolutely blown away and will Def be purchasing more from here.

Let's just say that I am very happy with my purchase. It more than met my expectations as far as the "very good condition". I wanted the "excellent" condition but those went way fast off the site. In all honesty, I feel like I got the "excellent" condition for the "very good" price. I didn't have any problems with getting this connected to my current carrier either. All I needed was a new SIM card as I was coming from a Galaxy S5, which has been my ride or die phone. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished devices available to fit any budget.

So far so good; thank you so much!! This is for my teenage son who has a hard time taking care of his electronics, so I was happy to find a place who recycles or refurbishes already used... There is such a huge waste of electronics and honestly the local waste departments don’t make it easy to dispose of still!

The phone is in good shape. There was a tiny scratch that was barely visible on the face. Other than that, it works really well. I appreciate the accurate description of the phone on the website. Specifically, if you have a CDMA account (like through Verizon) the phone HAS to be a Verizon phone or it won't connect to the network (in my experience with 6 other phones.) Including the full code at the end of the model # in the description lets a customer know that they are getting a Verizon phone (locked or unlocked, it doesn't matter.) If you see VZW in the last 6 characters of the model number, it is a Verizon phone. I think AT&T has AAXAA or something like that. Anyway, thank you for a great phone at a fair price!

I paid for the highest possible grade of phone, "Top Shelf - Excellent" and the phone appears to have been dropped on every corner. This is the third phone I get from backmarket and while their customer service is fantastic, unfortunately none of their refurbishers seem to take this market too seriously. There's no guarantee if I send it back and wait another two weeks that the replacement will be any better. Also the product was not clean.

Great condition as advertised. Easy transition and stronger reception than the old phone. The Samsung keyboard for texting is really hard to use. Downloaded Google GBoard and it works awesome.

Don't hesitate. I was super skeptical at first. I even accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to cancel and order a different one. My money was refunded in a timely manner and my new phone came very quickly. I even got the "okay condition" & it basically looked brand new. I'm so happy that this website exists its a real life savor.

The product came in a day early, completely safe packaging, and it even had a charging cable and fast charging adapter, which certainly helped. It definitely came in with near-mint quality, as the delivery said. Everything functions just as expected; I was able to get it fully configured with my service provider; and nothing seems broken or inoperable. I even got an app to test my battery's working capacity, and it's still at 98%-99% its design capacity! It's exactly what I was expecting, and this was the only legitimate place I could find this phone four years after its initial release, so this was absolutely incredible to find, and I'm glad it's as good as I'd hoped!

Literally the same thing I felt about getting my MacBook. Looks brand new, functional, and all-around pristine. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy the same product but a excellent price, this is it! Thank you so much!
