I was very skeptical to purchase a refurbished phone. However I am so happy I did. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S9 (bought in 2018) to the Samsung Galaxy S24+ the phone arrived in immaculate condition no wear what so ever. It was super easy to hook up to my Mint Mobile carrier and I was able to transfer everything from my old phone. It's been about a month now everything works beautifully! Loving my new phone.

Upgraded from a Galaxy Note 9 that I've had for years. Didn't want to break the bank, so I looked into refurbished. This Galaxy S23 Ultra was ordered in good condition, but came in excellent condition! Shipping was fast too! I would definitely use them again in the future!

I was a little worried because I’ve never purchased a refurbished phone but it met all expectations. I got a Samsung S24+ in Excellent condition. It had a few very minor scratches on camera bezels, buttons and sim tray, but otherwise looked almost brand new. The screen is flawless, the back glass is as well, camera lens all great. The power button feels a bit mushy but functions fine for an one year old phone. The battery capacity is still around 95% which is great. The phone works super fast and smooth. So far no issues with the purchase, and I’m happy with the price I paid.

I'm satisfied with my Galaxy S23 purchased from Back Market, and would buy again. Why pay full retail when you can get refurbished for much less? Refurbished is actually BETTER because it is more thoroughly tested than new!

For a device in "fair" condition its in very good shape appearance wise. No deep or immediately visible scratches on the screen, camera lenses look perfect, back glass is intact. The only imperfections/blemishes are the couple dings and the scraped off paint on the bezel. Battery life lasts about 24hrs per charge, and after testing I haven't found any hardware issues. Very satisfied with my phone.

Perfect! I waited too long to put a screen protector and already have a few chips in the screen, not full cracks. that's my own fault. highly recommend a screen protector immediately, the big screen makes it easier to Crack or chip. other than my own stupidity, excellent product! 5 stars.

This is the second order from Back Market and both have gone as expected. Orders arrived on time and the phones were as good quality as advertised. My third order was a Galaxy watch and it also arrived on time and in excellent condition.

My galaxy s24+ came quickly (a day early) and looks fantastic. It came in a barebones essentials only cardboard box which makes sense as it is helping reduce waste. It was packaged well and no new scratches or damage caused by transport. I will most likely order from here again when I get a new phone.
