    Love the refurbished iPhone 12! It took some doing to get it up and running due to a glitch in timing, related to the new ios which had downloaded to my old iPhone but not yet the new one that was in transit at the time... but BackMarket's tech help hung in with me and walked me through what I needed to do to fix the problem. I'm very pleased!

    First time buying a refurbished phone I bought a samsung 23 under excellent. The phone delivery was fast, phone in excellent condition looks brand new. Everything works as it should so far. Would definitely buy again from back market

    Been using my new phone for about a week and a half now. Very happy with the performance so far. It also has an excellent camera. I ordered the product under the fair condition and the sides came pretty scuffed but no actual damages. (And it's all hidden in the case anyway). Fantastic phone and another good refurbished purchase. I will say as a warning, the battery life of this phone is pretty bad, which is because of Samsung, not Back Market. Just keep that in mind when buying.

    this little phone is so fun! i got it and its in great condition, couldn't even tell if it were brand new or refurbished. it took a little bit to get used to, the flip action brings back memories though. The screen has a few new dents from my keys in my bag but thats my fault, thought they'd go away but nope, still there. i got tons of comments from my family and coworkers asking me what i was using haha! happy birthday to me :D

    Should have made the upgrade of my iPhone from 6 to 12 a year ago, and only through Back Market. The service has been stellar; the product rivals brand new but at a refurbished price; the swap-out of the phones has gone wthout a hitch. Could not be happier!

    There are a lot of pros, and one con to this order. Pros: -order arrived before delivery date -phone was in great condition, as per description -Hasn't shown any signs of slowing down -Came with a cable and a power adapter Con: When the package arrived, the phone seemed to have a tiny chip on the corner. Perhaps since the phone is refurbished, and not new, you can't have everything. Barely noticeable, but that may bother some people.

    I was skeptical buying a refurbished phone. I chose Back Market because they have a great warranty. I bought a S23 Ultra and it is in perfect condition. It came with a charger. I am happy with my choice.

    I ordered my reconditioned S-22 Samsung and it arrived promptly. It was described to be in fair condition however it was in great condition as far as I am concerned. It was described to be unlocked for any carrier but when I received it it had been previously used with ATT. I put my old Verizon sim card into it and it migrated every detail from my old phone with no issues. I'm very happy with it.

    This is the first refurbished phone I bought from Back Market and I'm very happy with what I got! This is a very nice upgrade to the Pixel 3 phone I had, and unfortunately, I needed a new SIM card to go with this because they were incompatible. The S22+ was in great physical condition and the speakers, battery, microphone, etc. all worked. It fit my Otterbox S22+ case just fine too.

    I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G as a refurbished unit, and overall, I’m quite pleased with my choice. Here are my thoughts: Design and Form Factor (5/5 stars): The foldable design is a game-changer. It’s compact when folded and opens up to a decent-sized screen. The Mystic Gray color looks sleek and modern. Performance (4/5 stars): The phone handles most tasks smoothly. Apps open quickly, and multitasking is a breeze. However, there were a few instances where it felt a tad sluggish, especially when loading heavy web pages. Camera (4/5 stars): The 12-megapixel camera captures good photos in well-lit conditions. The Flex Mode is a neat feature for hands-free selfies and video calls. However, low-light performance could be better. Battery Life (3.5/5 stars): The battery life is decent but not exceptional. It gets me through a full day with moderate usage, but heavy users might need a top-up. Charging speed is impressive, though. Display (5/5 stars): The 6.7-inch AMOLED display is vibrant and sharp.
