First time buying a refurbished phone I bought a samsung 23 under excellent. The phone delivery was fast, phone in excellent condition looks brand new. Everything works as it should so far. Would definitely buy again from back market

Should have made the upgrade of my iPhone from 6 to 12 a year ago, and only through Back Market. The service has been stellar; the product rivals brand new but at a refurbished price; the swap-out of the phones has gone wthout a hitch. Could not be happier!

There are a lot of pros, and one con to this order. Pros: -order arrived before delivery date -phone was in great condition, as per description -Hasn't shown any signs of slowing down -Came with a cable and a power adapter Con: When the package arrived, the phone seemed to have a tiny chip on the corner. Perhaps since the phone is refurbished, and not new, you can't have everything. Barely noticeable, but that may bother some people.

This is the first refurbished phone I bought from Back Market and I'm very happy with what I got! This is a very nice upgrade to the Pixel 3 phone I had, and unfortunately, I needed a new SIM card to go with this because they were incompatible. The S22+ was in great physical condition and the speakers, battery, microphone, etc. all worked. It fit my Otterbox S22+ case just fine too.

it's as expected for a used refurbished phone, couple corners were scuffed but other then that for a good refurbished phone everything works fabulous not slowing down brand new screen RE-CELL DID a really good job, will use back market again and have told many ppl about this site

I’ve bought three phones from Back market in the past and I’ve always been satisfied. The phones come in a speedy time and in the condition as promised. I got an iPhone mini 13 and it did have scratches on the surround however a case completely covered it, and as the screen was perfect, I am entirely happy. The iPhone 13 mini was a good quality on Backmarket.

Been using my new phone for about a week and a half now. Very happy with the performance so far. It also has an excellent camera. I ordered the product under the fair condition and the sides came pretty scuffed but no actual damages. (And it's all hidden in the case anyway). Fantastic phone and another good refurbished purchase. I will say as a warning, the battery life of this phone is pretty bad, which is because of Samsung, not Back Market. Just keep that in mind when buying.
