the surface pro works great and it is amazing for college if you wanna take hand written notes without the clusters of paper. one problem I did have was the poor battery which was expected because it has been used and worn out. I did end up opening it and changing the battery myself and it still works great and is overall convenient to have 10/10

Informed that it was in excellent condition, but came with a few scratches on the kickstand. Nonetheless, works impeccably well and has no issues.

All good the only thing what is a deception for me the TPM is not enable on the device and it won’t let me enable it. A few users have this same issue. Apart that the device is in excelente condition will still to found out if there’s something wrong it. I do recommend this seller.

Delivery was good, and faster than expected. The quality of the product was good, not perfect, it's refurbished, and bears some marks from wear and tear, but it's definitely worth what I paid for it. I'd buy again and will recommend your service to others.

It works perfectly, almost like new. I am very happy with my purchase. There were no cracks on the screen but there were one or two scuff marks on the corners but nothing too major. It did take a while to set up only because it had to update I think.

This was my favorite purchase for the yr. I love it . It sleak and exactly what I needed. I just hope it works perfect for long too.

This company sold me a refurbished computer with a huge scratch on the screen, even though they claimed it was in excellent condition. They refused to exchange it and blamed me for not reading the fine print. I felt ripped off and lied to by this company. I have bought from BackMarket before and I know what excellent condition mean, specialy what it means for the screen. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with a refurbished product. I am disappointed because I bought it as a Christmas gift and I don’t have time to return it and find another one. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality refurbished computer.
