My Surface Pro 3 came quickly in the mail and I was not disappointed. It came as described in "mint" condition with no damage to the screen. There were just a few surface scratches on the back however very slight. I was wary of buying something refurbished but their warranty made me feel a bit more comfortable. I received this Surface Pro 2017 earlier in the year, after I needed to begin working from home due to COVID. The product has been flawless. Esthetic condition was rated as "very good", but I would say it was closer to "mint!" Several months later my charging wire was not working correctly and I reached out to see if anything could be done. Red Sales informed me that chargers are not regularly covered under the warranty, but they took it upon themselves to send me one as a courtesy. Red Sales and Back Market have both been nothing less than a great experience!

I dont think my product used. That how great this company's partners are. This system arrived in pristine condition. It was ready to update to win 11 right out of the box. The system itself is a versatile laptop gaming in 4k for games before 2021 at 60fps. 1080p of course 80fps plus.

It works perfectly, almost like new. I am very happy with my purchase. There were no cracks on the screen but there were one or two scuff marks on the corners but nothing too major. It did take a while to set up only because it had to update I think.
