    Came packed wrapped only in bubble wrap, which wasn't awful, I just expected a lot more, the charging brick was just thrown in, so it rattled around a bit. Had an admin account logged in already, so I had to wipe the device. Other than that, the condition is great!

    the surface pro works great and it is amazing for college if you wanna take hand written notes without the clusters of paper. one problem I did have was the poor battery which was expected because it has been used and worn out. I did end up opening it and changing the battery myself and it still works great and is overall convenient to have 10/10

    All good the only thing what is a deception for me the TPM is not enable on the device and it won’t let me enable it. A few users have this same issue. Apart that the device is in excelente condition will still to found out if there’s something wrong it. I do recommend this seller.

    It works perfectly, almost like new. I am very happy with my purchase. There were no cracks on the screen but there were one or two scuff marks on the corners but nothing too major. It did take a while to set up only because it had to update I think.
