I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought this specifically as a note taker that is easy to use and easy to carry around. It took a few tries but I was able to update to the most current chromeOS. Everything I tested has worked like new. The battery health is at 96%. Bluetooth works great. The speakers are what you would expect from a 11.6 inch chromebook: pretty weak. I use ear buds so the speakers are not an issue. I also bought the 2 year warranty for under $10 dollars. Back Market showed this chromebook as fair condition. You can tell that this chromebook has been used but it is in great condition. A few dings but no big scratches or dents or things you might expect from daily use in our school system. I would rate this chromebook somewhere between Good and Excellent. I did a good clean of the keyboard, screen and the outside. All in all, this has exceeded my expectations. Chromebook, warranty, free shipping: all for under $60 dollars. (I am using this chromebook right now to type this review) Thank you Back Market.

It's definitely not what a person would call the fastest machine but that is the only slight downside. It's definitely not slow and does not experience lags or anything of that nature. Loading programs can take a whole second to a second and a half. Not terrible. Other than that it's a great laptop. As rugged as it gets with rubber all around the edges. The touch screen works reasonable well and it works perfectly as a tablet when folded over on itself. For the price it is ny far the absolute best laptop a person could buy. I bought two of these, one for each of my kids. At 70$ each who can complain about anything. These are far better than I expected, especially for the price. Can be charged with a standard phone block and type C cord or the 45 watt charger that is standard type C. It has an HDMI port which is quite nice for kids to play games on the TV with a USB remote and be able to charge at the same time. I would recommend this exact laptop to anyone who has kids who are prone to breaking everything they touch. These are far more durable that the average laptop. My kids break electronics in weeks sometimes. These are holding up well so far.

Originally, I purchased this Chromebook just to familiarize myself with another OS, but its quickly becoming my favorite little computer. Add an SD card for more storage and this is a perfect replacement for a tablet. Touch screen when you want, full keyboard when you want, and the battery lasts so long I have to go looking for the charger every 3 days or so. TLDR- great little computer to replace an android tablet if your like me and cant live without a real keyboard!

I love it - it's a little dated which isn't an issue at all with the seller just the product I chose to buy. I love the computer, it does exactly what it's supposed to. The 3rd party charger works swimmingly. I am not one of the people who has ran into an issue with the charger like others have noted. YMMV. I also bought a few extra 60w USB-C charger cords in general for cheap so the negative reviews based on charger quality doesn't make much sense to me personally. Anyways, I love my new MacBook. I had never heard of Backmarket before, usually I'm a FB marketplace/eBay guy when it comes to used tech, but in the future when I need cool electronics (I always buy used, its all used after you open the box anyway, might as well save a few hundred dollars) I will be checking Back Market. Appreciate the hassle free transaction and most of all my cool computer.

The ordering process and delivery were smooth as ever and though I chose the 'good' option I can find only one very minor smudge on the back (which frankly I never look at, and its covered!). One thing to note - be careful when transferring from your old phone - if you don't want iOS 26. You cannot convert back - Apple has "unsigned" iOS 18.
