I’m really impressed with this laptop! You’d honestly never know it was refurbished—it looks and performs like new. There are a few slight marks and surface scars, but nothing that a case couldn’t cover up, and they don’t affect anything. Everything works perfectly right out of the box. Great value and a solid buy

I received my product very fast exactly when they said it would come. I did not know what to expect but when I opened the box I was amazed. The laptop doesn't have a scratch on it it looks brand new and it runs super fast. I will definitely be buying all my electronics from this site from now on. Thank you.

The 2 iPhone 14 Pros we ordered look to be in good shape and function as we need them to -- we use them as remote cameras with an iOS-centric video switching system. We don't use cellular with them -- only WiFi. The only cons (and the reason for subtracting one star) is that, even though the order sheet included in the package said "two Lightning cables" were included, they were not Lightning cables. They were USB-C to USB-C cables, which don't work with the iPhone 14 Pros. I had some spare Lightning cables laying around, so it's not a show-stopper. Also, one of the iPhones was drained to 0% power, so I was worried there was something bad with the battery. However, I was able to charge it up and am using it. Perhaps the person who tested these before packing them left that iPhone "on"? Who knows? Other than these minor issues, they work fine and serve our purposes. Thanks Back Market. :-)

Purchased this 2017 MacBook Air in good condition, what I received is a device that has a battery that has barely been used, had a few very small nicks and scratches but can’t be seen unless you look for them. I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do! So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. And the price was right — I wasn’t about to drop more than a couple hundred bucks (max!) on a twelve year old girl… not once, not never! Lol Anyway, that’s exactly what happened. I ordered her a iPhone SE (2020) and waited for a reaction. She LOVED it. Wouldn’t stop showing me all the “cool apps she just got” and blah blah blah… ok ok — !! So, I ordered the exact same one! Couldn’t be happier. I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing. Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter. Oh, and I was surprised how FAST they both showed up. The second one was literally here the day after I ordered it … A-MA-ZING!!! The mouse's click-and-drag function isn't working, but I'm currently researching a fix for that issue. Otherwise, the Chromebook is perfect, and for the low price, I love it! I'm also glad I didn't buy new contributing to the waste stream, especially given their short lifespan! I'm so happy I found Back Market!!!

I was pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone here, since we don’t get to see pictures of the actual phone.. but I was looking on Mercari and between that app and this one, this one felt safer cus there’s the option to return if anything were to be wrong with the phone + the warranty it comes with. I bought the phone in “good” condition and was really hoping for a good battery health percentage, to my surprise the battery health is at 100%. Only small downside is that the screen and back glass have minor scratches that can be noticeable if you’re really looking for them (which I was lol).. but honestly, I don’t mind, it’s not that bad for a phone that cost so much less than it would have if I got it new or on Mercari.. this app had better pricing. I love how small it is, I think it’s going to be perfect for what I wanted it for! I’ll definitely consider this app in the future! I love buying second hand but I’ve never done so with a phone and I wish I knew about this app sooner cus I always buy my phones brand new from the Apple Store.. would’ve saved myself a ton of money when I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Anyway, thank you to the seller and this app for a smooth buying process. Shipping was super quick.

I believe I bought my previous phone, an Iphone 11, from Back Market, and they placed a screen protector on it to hide deep scratches. I am pleasantly surprised to see this IPhone 13 Pro was in fantastic condition. It’s beautiful! I would have hoped that a refurbished phone would be fixed up to be like new, but it seems they couldn’t be bother to give it a new battery. However, it’s still much better than my old phone, so I’m counting my blessings. They accepted that old iPhone 11 as a trade in, for $230, so that’s a huge plus.

The camera lenses are very scratched up. Not what I expected from a phone in "good" condition. The front camera is also not calibrated and is unable to calibrate using apple's camera repair process. It takes decent pictures, but I it has trouble focusing.
