    Originally, I purchased this Chromebook just to familiarize myself with another OS, but its quickly becoming my favorite little computer. Add an SD card for more storage and this is a perfect replacement for a tablet. Touch screen when you want, full keyboard when you want, and the battery lasts so long I have to go looking for the charger every 3 days or so. TLDR- great little computer to replace an android tablet if your like me and cant live without a real keyboard!

    I love it - it's a little dated which isn't an issue at all with the seller just the product I chose to buy. I love the computer, it does exactly what it's supposed to. The 3rd party charger works swimmingly. I am not one of the people who has ran into an issue with the charger like others have noted. YMMV. I also bought a few extra 60w USB-C charger cords in general for cheap so the negative reviews based on charger quality doesn't make much sense to me personally. Anyways, I love my new MacBook. I had never heard of Backmarket before, usually I'm a FB marketplace/eBay guy when it comes to used tech, but in the future when I need cool electronics (I always buy used, its all used after you open the box anyway, might as well save a few hundred dollars) I will be checking Back Market. Appreciate the hassle free transaction and most of all my cool computer.

    The ordering process and delivery were smooth as ever and though I chose the 'good' option I can find only one very minor smudge on the back (which frankly I never look at, and its covered!). One thing to note - be careful when transferring from your old phone - if you don't want iOS 26. You cannot convert back - Apple has "unsigned" iOS 18.

    I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do! So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. Couldn’t be happier. I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing. Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter. Oh, and I was surprised how FAST they both showed up. The second one was literally here the day after I ordered it … A-MA-ZING!!! Thanks Back Market — you will be the first thing I mention if anyone I know is looking for “all things phone” related!! Highly recommend y’all!!!
