I was more impressed with this phone than any of the other ones I've bought from you guys. It was in perfect condition, you had it in the original box, along with charger, cord and even corded ear buds that plugged into the charging port, which I never knew those existed. It honestly was as if it were a brand new phone. BEST DEAL I'VE GOTTEN FROM YOU!!!. 5 STARS

Shipping was annoying, the delivery date was earlier than expected but I wasn't notified and wasn't home to sign for it so I had to send someone to pick it up for me. The phone itself works well as expected. Happy with my purchase

The company is great with lots of available assistance. I was a bit disappointed with the appearance of the "Good Condition" phone I received as it looked like it had been used without a protective case. My 3rd purchase & generally quite satisfied.

Very easy to deal with and received ahead of schedule. My phone is in pristine condition and works great. the only thing that didn't go through was I was supposed to get $15 off my 1st order by providing my email, which I did but for some reason must not have gone through even though it thanked me for providing it. No biggy, $15 isn't going to make or break me. Overall I'm very satisified with their service amd am contemplating another purchase. Thanks Back Market

Got my unlocked, refurbished Pixel 6 about a week ago. It arrived earlier than promised. Looks like new. I transferred apps, etc from my Pixel 3 via direct cable. Activated the phone with my carrier by transferring the SIM card (eSIM did not work but it seems to be a carrier issue). Some apps did not transfer with all data but I think that's an app issue (Outlook for Android for example). It's only been a short time but everything is looking great. Major savings over buying a brand new phone.

Received the iPad that I ordered. Overall I am pretty satisfied. The device does power on and everything seems to be in working order. My only big gripe is that I ordered one in "excellent condition" but the one I received had around 4-5 obvious scuff marks. Definitely not what I would classify as excellent, but it does work so I can look past it I suppose.

I was scared to buy a phone on this app but i was surprised its so nice look like a new phone. battery life 90%.thanx back Market. my wife gonna be happy.

There is a good selection of phones on Back Market and reasonable prices. This is the second time I have bought from them and the whole process is very smooth and the shipping is fast. The Galaxy Z Flip is great, just learning all the new tricks on working this phone. If looking for phone I highly recommend Back Market. Why pay the price for a new phone when you can get a great refurbished phone. Will buy from again!!! THANKS!!!

I bought a Galaxy A13 classified as in "good condition so I expected a few scratches and dings but I was pleasantly surprised when the phone arrived that it was like new.It works like a brand new one and with the price I am very very pleased.
