I was more impressed with this phone than any of the other ones I've bought from you guys. It was in perfect condition, you had it in the original box, along with charger, cord and even corded ear buds that plugged into the charging port, which I never knew those existed. Received In great condition and on time as specified, Item came looking like new with no noticeable scratches or blemishes. Works just as a new phone. Just wish it wasn't Branded to Verizon and have all their bloatware load up after updating. A wall charger would have been nice as well. Great price for a clean phone. 24 Mar. It has been a month since I've had this phone, and came to realize the mic works intermittently when I make calls. The person on the other end can only hear me once in a while, have lost many calls do to this issue. I've sent the seller a message explaining issue. We'll see where it goes from here. Plus if they require the phone for repair, I'll be without a phone for the duration. This is very inconvenient. I'm very unsatisfied so far. As of 28 Mar, I have been in contact with the seller and they have provided full support for a resolve. The initial service seems to have alleviated much of the issue and I can manage, so they stated I can still return the phone under warranty, which I will do if problem reoccur. As of 30 May Talking thru speaker on calls have gotten worse, and another issue of the screen flickering and contrast changed to greenish hue with lines across the screen from top to bottom came up. Contacted seller, they were quick to send shipping label. I had acquired another phone for the duration. Sent off the phone for repairs on 6 June. Will be receiving it bzvk on 17th. Hope everything is fix. Crossing my stubby fingers. Will update on status of phone after I get it and use it. But I must say the sellers service is outstanding and their response is lightening fast, very rare in lot of online retailers. These guys are the pillars of true customer service and I applaud them for it. Update 17 June I received my phone back from seller, and when I opened the package and booted up the phone, I realized they replaced it with one that's T- mobile branded. The phone physically look brand new and everything works, I'll have to test the calling aspect with the sim from my current phone. But as of now I'm very satisfied for their service standards.

Arrived within 48 hours. Came in new box with cord and original paperwork wrapped in what appeared was original OEM. The Samsung Galaxy J3 looks absolutely new. However, I have found some apps and data on it, so it must have been used some... This is my second J3. My first was a locked AT&T and still functions fine. We are just fed up with the B.S., pour service, waiting on hold for hours, and the worst cell reception, so purchased this one so we could switch to Verizon. And what a difference. Service now available anywhere and real people to speak to for help. For my purposes the J3s are an excellent choice. I like the small 5" screen far better than the new monstrosities being pushed by manufacturers today. Anyway, if you want a reliable used phone, I highly recommend using this company. I believe that they must thoroughly check every phone before selling it.

I was extremely shocked at the quality of the phone and how much extra packing they put in the box to get it to me for what I paid for it. I ordered a mint condition Note 9 and when it came in I swear its was brand new. It even had the factory sticker on the screen and the factory fast charger. I also was shocked that it was a T-mobile phone because I ordered a so called T-mobile phone on Amazon and it wasn't correct. I was so impressed with my phone, the company and care they took to get it to me that I just ordered my son a new tablet for his birthday. I will continue to order from them in the future.

IAW is very customer focused. I had an issue arise ("moisture in charging/usb port" that wouldn't let the phone charge] with the first device that they sent me. 10 days later (which is very fast, considering weekends and the MLK holiday are included in those 10 days, as well as my return being shipped), I have now received the replacement. As far as I can tell, this one is in near perfect condition. They were very polite and VERY patient with me (I was messaging them at least once a day), and everything is in mint condition.
