I bought a Galaxy A13 classified as in "good condition so I expected a few scratches and dings but I was pleasantly surprised when the phone arrived that it was like new.It works like a brand new one and with the price I am very very pleased.

Delivered was great ! Phone came on no problems ! My only concern was the deep scratches on the screen that looks as though the screen is crack ,put a temper glass still show’s through but other then that I’m please…

Phone works alright, but each time I plug it in it turns off. The only way I can charge it without it powering off is on my wireless charger. Not sure if this is something I should return to have fixed or if this is just how it's supposed to be... Does work with my carrier so that's a plus.

The phone itself is in excellent condition. However, although it was advertised as an unlocked phone, it actually arrived locked to AT&T. Going through AT&T's unlock request just sends you in circles and you end up nowhere. Only option is to try your luck with a third party unlock, which I haven't tried yet. Disappointing to spend money on something that was falsely advertised.

Appears to be in excellent condition! Did not see any issues with screen nor camera. Battery health is at 100% :) Did take longer than expected to ship. Keep that in mind.

I cannot stress enough how much I urge you NOT to purchase this phone. I purchased it in "Excellent condition" so naturally the screen had a defect causing it to be touch unresponsive in a week. I did not drop or open the phone nor was it exposed to any moisture. I contacted customer support and they responded at their leisure. I was also ghosted for 3 days! I would have had an easier time contacting them through carrier pigeon. Alas, my efforts were in vain because I was told that there was nothing they could do. According to their warranty page, "broken" is out of warranty. Look for yourself. What does the warranty cover, I wonder... Don't worry though, because on the very same warranty page they say you can sell your broken phone back to them (for significantly cheaper)! Bottom line is, if you think you have any assurance with this company while buying refurbished goods, you do not. If you think they care, they don't. In the likely event your cheaply refurbished used phone has a technical malfunction you can expect to be contacted by someone 3 days later at 4am telling you there is nothing they will do about it (yes, really). Do not buy from here.
