    Came in great condition (i ordered the 'excellent') and seem to be authentic Airpods. It wasn't that much cheaper than brand new Airpods 3rd Gens, but i appreciate buying something that's refurbished rather than new electronics. thanks!

    The Quality you receive for a refurbished airpods is pretty good as expected the only worry i have is the actual apple box itself looks like it when through some water damage but I tested the airpods and they seem to be great.

    Fantastic purchase. These came in the original packaging & were in perfect condition. You would never even know they were refurbished. The shipping is also incredibly fast. I can't recommend back market enough.

    I purchased a pair of AirPods 3rd gens from Back Market. Now I know what you're going to say: Why would anyone purchase something that's been in someone else's ear?! I was skeptical at first, but with the experiences I've had with other Back Market products I thought I'd give it a shot since I haven't been disappointed yet. My question to people that freak out over using other people headphones is this: If you've ever purchased a used phone, laptop, or even peripherals (mouse/keyboard), what's the difference? They all have the same yuck factor as used headphones, yet people still buy those every day. I'm glad to say that these AirPods came super clean; I can tell that they cleaned them beforehand and made sure they were sanitized before I received them. The shipping time was actually faster than my 2-day shipping on the laptop that I purchased at the same time: However it could have just been a problem with the laptop order as to why these came in first. I've used the AirPods pro 1st gens for a couple of years before purchasing these, and I have to say I personally like the pros a little more than I do the 3rd gens.     The product was delivered in an expedient fashion as I have come to expect from Backmarket. The box was taped up heavily, but the product was in pristine condition, as usual. As far as the Apple Pencil, however, I’m not sure I’m sold. It is not as quick, flawless, & useful as I had expected (at least for drawing and note taking as I have tried so far). Thanks, Backmarket, for continually providing a great service!

    Got these for my mom, she has lost the majority of her hearing. These have been a life changer for her, she can hear again when she uses the active listening feature. Great quality, the charge lasts just as long as a new pair! This is now the third Apple product I’ve purchased using BackMarket and will continue to support. Great quality from the seller, and incredibly quick delivery!

    Airpods were shipped and delivered days ahead of time! The AirPods itself are in better condition for “good” and they sound perfect. My only worry was not not getting official Apple AirPods but nope they real. Thank you to the seller and the Backmarket

    I am impressed about the packaging. It looks brand new. Complete with manuals and cable charger. I tested it and it connects easily to my iphone. Sound is amazing. Hopefully, no issues will come up innthe future. Highly recommend this shop and will order from here again.

    Their were tiny surface scratches but nothing that could not be covered with a case. I gave these to a family member as a gift and they were happy they were a little better for the environment and cost me a little less than the brand new ones. So far they are working well. They only came with small and large ear pieces instead of the full size range but that worked out okay. Overall good experience.
