I purchased “Excellent”. Arrived earlier than expected. Came fully packaged in apple box with no scratches or sign of being used or refurbished. The sound quality is great. I was worried it would be too big and fall out my ears but they fit perfectly in my ears and remain comfortable even during extended use. battery life is pretty outstanding. Overall this purchase was a win win and it is worth your money.

The Quality you receive for a refurbished airpods is pretty good as expected the only worry i have is the actual apple box itself looks like it when through some water damage but I tested the airpods and they seem to be great.

The vendor was super efficient, a very fast (and accurate) delivery time. Came with full charger and properly sized box. The headphones came with standard size silicon tips. Seems fair, but silicon tips must be the best fit for your ears to have full noise cancellation. It would have been nice to have the tip options. I had to find XS tips elsewhere. Notable “defect” is when noise cancellation is activated there is high pitch ringing in the buds. Tested by turning off NC and taking each one out of ear. Can’t be sure if that’s from the manufacturer or the refurbishment, so debating on buying a new pair just to find out. I would still recommend this service!

Fantastic purchase. These came in the original packaging & were in perfect condition. You would never even know they were refurbished. The shipping is also incredibly fast. I can't recommend back market enough.

These headphones are great!!! For a refurbished item, the quality on these air phones are crazy. The sound was great and tuned out everything. On top of that, the packaging was brand new. Came with a charger and different sized buds.

When testing the quality of the AirPods Pro I WAS FLOORED. I'm a bit of an audio geek and love it when I can experience sound from different headsets or earbuds however I don't have enough money to try all of them so I watch reviews of them. With that being said the hype of these was very worth my purchase and the spatial audio is 10/10 for amazing noise cancellation and transparency mode for a first time user in the apple ecosystem!

Great first experience. I always try to make planet friendly choices. I discovered BackMarket through a google search. I had some doubts about the condition the item would be in but it works PERFECT. I will definitely be going back to BackMarket when it’s time for a “new” phone!!

I bought these items as a gift for my son and husband. They are pleased with the purchases. I was even more pleased that they were able to use them right away. It’s been 2 weeks now and the items are still working.

The cover feels different, and the words on the back of it say assembled in vietnam when my airpods i’m trading in say assembled in china. I don’t mind as long as the sound quality is good and it doesn’t break down on me. it’s so far, so good though.
