    I ordered a fair condition phone but felt almost new. It had just 2 micro dents on the frame which were hard to notice. Battery backup is good and easily lasts a whole day for medium use. A full charge gives a solid 3 hours screen on time or 2.5 days on standby

    The phone is not unlocked, when I put my Spectrum sim in it wouldn't work.I went to your website followed the instructions and couldn't get anywhere it said that the phone wasn't compatible when I went through all the procedures and there is no way to reach someone to talk to

    I bought a cell phone unlock and I got one that is locked, I call and e mail and no one returned my calls or e mails, I pay extra money ti get it fixed and unlocked.

    I was excited to get this phone, when I got it I didn't have sim card, once I got sim card I checked my sim card not working while it was working other android and iPhone, although it mentioned its unlock, I tried 3-4 different sim from different network. Once I ask for help said its ur sim issues and behaviour was rude too, although i returned it back and they again return me the same item with the same box seems like they didn't even check it, facing same issue. For the 2nd time I resend it but finally seller said they gonna refund.
