    Computer received in a timely manner. It is in extremely good condition. It works as well as expected. If I need another refurbished product, BackMarket is the first place I will look.

    I paid for excellent grade but that is not what I got. There are very visible dents and marks on the body and the screen is scratched and marked up. It says that excellent grade the screen is good and the body may have marks that are not noticeable. Again that's not what I got. Very disappointed that I paid more to get excellent grade and looks like I got fair grade. So upsetting! As far as how it works that part is fine.

    I ordered a unlocked phone and received a Verizon phone. It's not what I expected. When I ordered a unlocked phone I didn't think it would include a carrier. The phone physically is great however loaded with bloatware from the carrier. I think the Ultra would have been a better choice in phones but not if it has a carrier attached.

    The device was delivered in good timing and all of the contents worked correctly. My only issue is that I payed for "excellent" condition and received a device with multiple surface scratches in the top and a pretty decent gouge as if it had been dropped on the corner.

    Incredibly fast shipping. The phone is in great condition, very minor scratches which is expected as just good condition. Works perfectly fine and is definitely better than my old iPhone 8. I highly recommend.

    This laptop failed within 6 months. It is dead now and I don't know if I will have any retribution for this :( I don't think this is a good quality refurbishment, something was wrong this was a dud and did not work well. It froze constantly for periods of time since I got it. Obviously something was wrong.

    The color, processor and condition of the MacBook are not what I ordered. On top of that, the Find My Mac function was still logged into a previous user, and now a stranger has access to my location and my address. I am very disappointed and want to return this for a full refund. I’m also disappointed because this is supposed to be a work computer for me which I really needed
