5/5Battery was dead (TO BE EXPECTED) so I just put a new one in and it paired seamlessly and worked great in my drawing program compared to the last pen (same model) which I lost and got this to replace. Great speedy delivery and will buy from here again if I need another!

3.8/5Out of the box it was stone dead. After charging the battery, the system showed that there had been over 700 cycles—70% of the estimated life. Then it was iffy to start with the power key—a PRAM reset seemed to fix that problem. Also, the screen has a mottled look in both upper quadrants of the screen. Unable to do anything about that. It is not real bad, but once you notice it, you see it all the time. When ordered, this was supposed to be in excellent condition—I would consider it more like fair condition. This computer was ordered for someone other than me and they seemed to be OK with it. So far it has worked just fine.
